The staff have been nothing but professional, patient and fully committed to helping us building our new house. Building new house is always stressful process but Nikki and Kirsty helped and guided us and have made this journey so far a pleasurable experience. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. We are so happy that we have chosen Adenbrook and I will highly recommend them to everyone.

After doing the rounds of display homes we finally settled on Adenbrook Homes simply because the end result looked to be of a much higher standard than other building companies.
Niki was more than helpful getting everything up and running and Kirsty kept us well updated with all the relevant information about the build as it progressed. Shane managed the whole build with no hiccups and was great with advice about some choices we thought about making.
We were also lucky enough to sign up whilst their summer promotion was running which for an extra $2000 gave us extras that added a considerable amount to the value of the house.
We will definitely build with them again.

Adenbrook Homes Coffs Harbour was highly recommended to me, after meeting Nikki in the display home and having a chat with her I decided to go ahead.
The entire process was smooth and straight forward. The team was more than happy to accomadate any changes I needed to make to the plan, and also undoing some things I changed my mind about. The cost was spot on from day one and the build was finished on time. After moving in, there was a couple of minor things that needed touching up, once this was addressed with adenbrook homes, the contractors were in contact with me the very next day to resolve. Overall I'm very impressed with everything, the communication, efficiency, cost, and the end result of my home.

The end result is absolutely fantastic!!! We can't say there weren't a few hurdles, but these were all handled and once the build started everything happened in a timely manner and we're absolutely in love with the final result. We would be confident building with the Adenbrook team in the future!

This is our second time building an investment house with Adenbrook in the last two years in the Coffs Coast Region.

The build was managed reasonably well,
I think every one has some dramas building at some stage as u are building your dream house but after 6mth of build time, we got to move into our house!
This is when Adenbrook stood out as even the site supervisor picked up on things that he wasn’t happy with and had fixed! having an extra set of eyes to check everything on handover is important!

We couldn’t be happier with our Hayden the angles are just perfect and make a statement!
And the cost was fixed so there weren’t any unexpected costs for us!

We had the most enjoyable build with Adenbrook Homes right from the start when we meet the great staff that had helps us through our build. We found the Display home offered a great example of what we got for our money and we decided this was the better quality home to go with.

Every step of our build had gone very smoothly, yes there was two small problems we encountered and this was dealt with in a professional way by Adrenbrooks staff.
