I have a cruise booked for next year and can get a discount if I pay the full cost now. Am I able to get cancellation insurance in advance of the travel?

Im looking at the Multi Trip cover for my wife and I who will be named in the policy. We covered when we are travelling independent of each other?

my wife & i both in our 60's are travelling to France for a month with a 7 day self drive canal boat holiday with another couple then a 15 day coach tour of France. Both companies are Licensed & we booked thru Australian Travel agents.
Question:
Are we totally covered for full comprehensive Travel Insurance( illness, hospital, luggage loss etc) with all our travel payments being fully paid with our ANZ Platinum Visa Card???

What percentage of Travel Insurance Medical claims submitted to Allianz over the last 12 months have been rejected? This would be helpful in deciding whether to use their ins cover.

Allianz Travel Insurance doesn't cover items stolen from the boot of the car if the incident took place outside daylight hours. However, Allianz doesn't explicitly explain how it considers daylight hours? In many jurisdictions, daylight doesn't end with sunset and rather the civil twilight is also included in daylight since there is no light required during civil twilight to carryout work. In many American states a burglary committed during civil twilight is also considered as daylight burglary.

Can someone please explain?

I am travelling to Nepal for a trekking holiday in Nov 2018 and I have activated the Alliance Travel Insurance to cover this trip. I wish to confirm that the cover includes any emergency evacuation from the trek trail due to medical reasons for those named on the policy (which is only myself).
For example, if I am badly injured due to an accident on the trek and need emergency evacuation (maybe by helicopter or the like) back to a hospital in Pokhara or Kathmandu for specialist medical treatment.
This appears to be covered in the policy wording (see below) but I wish to confirm as I note some of the negative reviews on this site.

Why should I chose this cover? Lots of good reviews from people who have not had to make a claim - only poor reviews from those who have needed to actually use the service. Dont think Ill bother

Vietnam Travel - hi i want to find out that your insurance cover medical when we are in vietnam and your processes deal directly with hospitals or we have to pay first and claim later from you guys?

Is extra cover required for cruises or is this included in Plan D?

We bought travel insurance on 23/11/17 for our holiday to Bali & weren't told of an embargo.
Are we covered if our flights are cancelled?
If not are we entitled to a refund?

My mother in the Uk is currently sick and may pass away in the next few weeks I have a holiday booked and am insured or so I thought but was told today that as my mother lives overseas I am not covered if I have to cancel my holiday to go back for her funeral. Is this true of all insurance companies?

Does this insurance company cover the ash cloud (flight delays) in Bali?

My travel agent has suggested we use Allianz Travel insurance (sold through another company).
We are flying to Thailand in October. Going from Brisbane to Sydney then Thailand from there.

The travel agent has suggest Basic International Insurance.
I noticed in your PDS it mentions we may not be covered on the Brisbane to Sydney leg of the journey if using Basic International Travel Insurance. Do we need to add a domestic insurance to the policy to cover us for the Brisbane to Sydney journey; just in case our airline sends our bags to another destination and we arrive 12 hours later with no luggage.
