Hi,
Unfortunately for me I purchased Aliianz, well 1 Cover for my travel to Bali.
Anyway as I was getting out of the taxi I realised, to late that I left my back back in it.
I've submitted my forms to Allianz 4 times now (as they say they never received).
Now it's been 2 weeks I call they refuse to put me through to my claims manager and tell me it's getting processed and it's been sent to Claims Manager for assistance.
When I asked what does that mean they refuse to tell me.
Can anyone help pls?

All you can do is be honest and hope that Allianz will not be able work out a way to deny your claim or frustrate you sufficiently enough that you drop it. If you feel that it has been unreasonable then you will need to go through its internal dispute process (which it will make as difficult as possible) so you can then take it to the ombudsman. Keep good notes of all conversations if you have to have any, but preferably insist on everything in writing (both ways).
