Our Arden Home is soon to be built, in fact were not yet at the demolition stage (Whitehorse city council have taken nearly 14 months to approve our permit!) yet Arden have been patient and on the journey with us the entire time. Super equipped to support you throughout the entire process, on schedule with appointment dates, extremely accommodating with helping us get our permits through- and honestly even not having built with them yet, theyre worth the wait!

We have just moved into our amazing new Arden Home. Arden have been great to work with throughout this build. Their communication and follow up has been excellent. Our office contact and site supervisor have been with us every step of the way with regular updates. Our site supervisor was happy to show us through the house as it progressed which made us feel confident in what was happening and also made us feel included in the process. They even finished ahead of time to accommodate our needs. The quality of the work is great and we are really happy with our new home. Thanks Arden, well done.

We are due to commence works this coming Monday! It’s been a long 12 month journey to get to where we are today. With town planning holding us up no fault of arden just the area we chose to build in.
Arden have been fantastic with there communication and follow up to date. We have always had our phone calls answered and emails replied to. Everything from first meeting till now has been friendly and accomodating with our endless changing of minds. Nothing was ever to much even when I needed to double check our colour selections on contract signing day to just double check that I still loved all our choices.
I hope to continue to have an excellent reviews with the build commencing Monday.

We had a plan to knock down a house and rebuild a new home, which we had spent time shopping around between builders. Since the start of the process, the Sales team had given a fantastic advice of how to do house orientation and design to incorporate a specific change we had in mind from the original plan. The Customer Service team kept you informed with the progress of process before signing the contract. The only thing we felt a bit disappointed was the the delay of the foundation change due to our block is subject to flood zone. They appeared to be extremely busy and did not have enough staff to accommodate all of their customers.

We are very satisfied with our new home as it was very good quality and standard and finished before the time frame with good customer relationship
step-by-step we were informed the process and had a tour and we couldn't find any issued during the construction. we couldn't find any hidden cost at the final estimate and completion. finally we are happy we have selected Australia's No.1 builder

This is our first home with Arden Homes but not the first home we have built. We have been very impressed by the process Arden Homes has and the organisation of every stage. Thank you to our Customer Service Pre Site Administrator JG for a seamless, good flowing process. JG kept us in the loop for all stages of the process and informed us about everything. Changes were made with ease and Arden Homes have been very accommodating during the design and contract process. We are very happy to this stage with the customer service we have been provided and we look forward to our build with Arden Homes.

We are building our First home with Adren Homes. So far we had a positive experience with the pre construction team. They have provided us with great service and support through out the colour and electrical selection. The houses are smartly designed and space created in the house is practical for day to day lifestyle. We loved the inclusion and hardly needed to upgrade. The floor plans were flexible and we did made some structural changes. Once the contract was signed things started to move quickly. We really appreciate the guidance that they provided to us during the whole process.

We spent quite a bit of time researching and looking at different homes and builders until coming across Arden Homes. What attracted us to them was the standard inclusions the ability to change the floor plans to suit our requirements and likes. It was never an issue. The team was extremely helpful and understanding from the sales staff PA through to admin BG. Looking forward to build commencement and hope that all runs smoothly and without any issues.

This is our second home build (originally built with PD, not so great), our experience this time around has been delightful. BG was a pleasure to deal with, we did hit a few bumps with DA but she was fantastic in dealing with them & getting everything resolved. Cannot wait for build stage, if customer service continues at this high standard we will be very happy & highly recommend as builders!
