A bit taken back when I was told on delivery that I had not paid for assembly ???
I was never asked or told that assembly was an EXTRA full stop

I found what I thought I was looking for online, then went and saw it in-store and purchased it on the spot, no hassles. While there I also ordered a bed head, the price was great and it arrived earlier than expected, great quality too. Very happy.

Easy to navigate web site, store staff friendly and helpful, so far all good with the bed, very comfortable, while not cheap, does feel like a very high end product

needed 2 beds - Queen and Single, bases and mattresses, and they HAD to be delivered the next day. Spwnt 15 minutes with sales person who was great, walked the store, found what i wanted. He confirmed that it was all available and would be delivered the next afternoon.
I received an sms and call from the driver 1 hour prior to delivery and he arrived on time and carried everything inside into the rooms that the beds were going in.

All in all, very professional and well run operation based on my experience.

I have gone to Bedworks Stanmore for my last 3 beds. The staff are awesome and the bed range is large with plenty to choose from. My order was made and delivered a bit quicker than anticipated, and the drivers were courteous and helpful. 5 stars!

Store a little confusing simply because they cannot stock every bed. Range very good. Bed is very solid and when I get to use it, hopefully comfortable. I assembled it and only question is I had a couple of Allen bolts over.

Purchased without seeing product. Sale was done over the phone! Next day delivery. Excellent experience, staff brilliant. Delivery guys amazing, took the time to explain how to operate the underneath bed. Definitely recommend Bed works.

Fast delivery & extremely friendly, unhandled & accommodating service - particularly as the truck had to come twice. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong sized bed base which had to be taken away & correct size delivered. This was done cheerfully, without a hint of impatience or exasperation.

There was so much to choose from with many styles and different options within each style - hard not to be impressed. The quality is amazing for the price, I couldn't be happier. The only negative was the delivery driver - rude and obnoxious.

The delivery men were lovely and very helpful with tips on how to unpackage and build the bed!! VERY kind and thoughtful! Great great service! The men were quick and knew exactly what they were doing and how to bring all the pieces in without damaging them! Great work!!!

I very much appreciated your help with allowing me to return the first mattress I bought that was a huge mistake on my part. The next mattress I bought with the help of your staff is perfect. The couriers who delivered the mattresses were wonderful. They arrived on time, installed the mattress and were very helpful and professional with the removal of the old mattress. I looked online first and it was very easy to find at the store with the sales person help. The product is perfect so far. It was very easy to finish the set up, it was a trundle bed.

It was wonderful to find an organic cotton Aussie Mattress with New Zealand wool. The mattress is very comfortable. We found the staff to be very helpful and gave us a great deal.

Needed a king base to match our bedside tables. Our old base made it too hard to make the bed. This base is perfect.Very happy with the service, delivery and install of our bed.
