Read moreed "transition" is a permanent state of affairs. After quitting Belong about 1 month ago I put in a review. I got the generic response of the "digital transition". As with other customers, their response insinuated that it was me who simply needs to get used to living in a digital era. They refuse to acknowledge they are simply not responding to customer issues. In their response to my review they told me to contact them on their many "digital" platforms to get my issue resolved. Clearly they did not take the time to read that I am an ex customer, simply trying to warn others. That goes to show how little they care.Totally agree, I've just cancelled my service after 3 years with them and they still refuse to acknowledge that maybe the digital service is a big failure. I wouldn’t trust Belong. When there are issues, there customer service is just as bad as the issue you want resolved.

In organizing this on the Belong website, they sent me a grey cable that inserts into the wall and connects the modem to the internet. The wifi works, but the internet does not.
The power and wifi lights are on green, the sync varies between being on and flashing, and the internet one is flashing. I tried this last night and the same thing is occurring. I have tried turning the modem on and off, I have tried multiple wall connections, and have even pressed the "reset" option on the modem. The internet light only flashes though and does not stay green.

Hey Belong, your facebook page is hammered by people complaining nobody can get through and the support link is broken, phone is disconnected, nobody answering messages or emails. My daughter is paying for internet you cannot provide and there are a few thousand people commenting the same.
