So disrespectful and disgusting, I’ve contacted lawyer’s and A Current Affair and Telecommunications Ombudsman over this!!!!
My dying mother has cancer, they have messed me around for more than 6 MONTHS, I am ripping my hair out

I sign up belong had no communication for connection, very worst customer service. i am in doubt should i go ahead or not. no connection, cannot track an order. Very unhappy. i already have existence nbn it only takes couple hours to switch i do not know why it is taking so long to connect, can anyone from Belong can fastrack the connection.

I wouldn’t trust Belong. When there are issues, there customer service is just as bad as the issue you want resolved.

The sync light is continuously flashing on my modem and the internet light won't show at all. Have checked the app and there are no outages in my area. Why won't my internet work? This happens at least once a month!

I've just moved houses to a place that is not yet connected to the nbn. In organizing this on the Belong website, they sent me a grey cable that inserts into the wall and connects the modem to the internet. The wifi works, but the internet does not.
The power and wifi lights are on green, the sync varies between being on and flashing, and the internet one is flashing. I tried this last night and the same thing is occurring. I have tried turning the modem on and off, I have tried multiple wall connections, and have even pressed the "reset" option on the modem. The internet light only flashes though and does not stay green.

I have the EXACT same problem. I have yet to get anyone to fix it. The technician I spoke to said she will call me back in an hr? I am working from home and need this connected asap.

hi belong i was old adsl customer i had disconected account and had there 80 dol credit credit was for mobile however it disapered totaly i went check to get nbn but i already have modem no posiibile get in touch with customer service and lso regards payments why cant add bpay and dircet debit

If you want a phone landline like Telstra then it will be provided using the NBN.

does anybody know why my new modem won’t display the internet light? it won’t turn on but the wifi and power lights do... have I done something wrong?

Forever I’ve been paying more then what belong have given me for the speed of my nbn, now for the last week, everyday, it’s constantly dropping out, freezing and running at a snails pace, it’s joke that’s making me look elsewhere for internet

Hey Belong, your facebook page is hammered by people complaining nobody can get through and the support link is broken, phone is disconnected, nobody answering messages or emails. My daughter is paying for internet you cannot provide and there are a few thousand people commenting the same. Children need home schooling, if you can not provide how can you take these customers money??? Please contact me and all the other thousands of people on your facebook page!!!!
The next step i will be reporting you to the ombudsman
