There was a good selection of mattresses and we were given very helpful information which enabled us to make the right choice. We were assisted by a very accommodating Tony who explained and advised on the products available to us in a friendly manner without pressure or obligation.

Needed a new bed and mattress desperately. Rod at Waurn Ponds was a total legend! He listened to all my wishes in a new bed and gave me a lot of information regarding what mattress would be best too. We bought a headboard shelf unit from Bev Marks Waurn Ponds/Geelong. From sale to order to delivery - it was a really smooth transparent process - and we were continually kept informed of progress.
While the sale and delivery was principally handled by a really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly Rod, there seemed to be some great behind the scenes co-ordination and team work, as whenever Rod was away, another team member would have been briefed on our sale and be there to help. Delivery went to plan exactly as described. Note the vibe from everyone may be very relaxed, but it’s friendly, welcoming and everything is done well!

Within 48 hrs of purchasing a mattress recently from Tony T and Rod, there was the need to change it over as it was too hard. They were so very helpful, understanding and accomodating.

Our 3 year old Bond and Markham mattress is the worst mattress we have owned, looks and feels like a 20 year old mattress. Store came and looked at mattress but was told it was general wear and tear, never had this problem with our other mattresses. Definitely would not recommend this mattress
