We were fortunate enough to get our mattress on a great sale. The service was great (Rod) - we were directed to what we needed and the various options explained. We chose a medium mattress and it was delivered on time and it's very comfortable.

We were served by John Paul at Bev Marks Preston and were blown away by his extensive knowledge of products and strongly recommended the type of mattress that would suit our criteria. My husband has issues with his back and hips and we were so satisfied with the mattress that he recommend. We have also had issues with top of the range mattresses dipping from other retailers which was a huge concern. We were recommended the Renaissance for durability and support. I visited Thomastown Bevmarks a month ago looking for a new bed frame and had the most amazing experience. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was after and for a reasonable price. I purchased the Hagan bed frame which is very modern and easy to setup. Just bought a new mattress from bevmarks in Northland, they couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable regarding the mattresses and spent a good amount of time finding the mattress and price that was exactly what we are searching for. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a mattress.

And the new deal where they pay you to take your old mattress away which has eliminated any headaches from our end.
