The only drama I had was the WIL the shelves weren’t the same as per plans and after about 5 emails it was sorted out the rest of the build was very well done and great job from the supervisor.
It was value for money and would build again with Burbank.

Let me tell you about our experience with Burbank.

When we first started to think about building a home, like many other people we did our shopping around to see what we could find and what the prices would be like. While price was an important factor it was also important that we got what we wanted and more importantly that we felt like people had actually been listening to us.

This house was for my Mom. She is now in her retirement golden age and this is most likely going to be her last home.

After shopping around we found Burbank and met...

Mortar on 2 brick walls were completely different color to other 2, the nxt 4 months managment ok'd numerous acid washes to improve mortar unsuccesfully instead destroying bricks and even burning colour off facias gutters as a result of acid washes. INCOMPETENT is the most polite wrd i can use

The entire process was made easy with My Place, and gave us a bird's eye view of the progress seamlessly. Tanya and Thomas were always providing relevant updates/feedback whenever we have questions. Our lot wasn't the biggest, but Nagma was able to help secure the approval from council for a lot more house to land ratio. And thanks to Kamal, for being so patient helping us secured both loans from CBA. Kudos indeed to everyone fore making our dream come true!

I did use burbank to build my first 2 level house.
sign contract in 2008, and finish construct 2010.
now lower level the whole ceiling was falling down.
this happen 5th Jan 2021. lucky no one there.
as I remember we should have 25 years warranty. but now they said only 10 yrs structural warranty.
and they start count from 2008. but my building was finished 2010.

Lachlan Patterson is my site supervisor done an excellent job.
All stages were neat and smooth.
He is a perfectionist. If i build one more house i need lachlan patterson to build it.

Extremely disappointed. I was disrespected on site by supervisor for asking to address issues.
New home coordinator is denying me details of complaints department. Downright unprofessional company in every aspect. Would not want anyone to go through this process. Most reviews here are paid. Beware when you deal with such con artists who disrespect customers

We have just finished our final inspection and can't say enough for the help we have received through these tough times. From Emmaleigh our New Home Coordinator to Rob our Site Supervisor they have all done a brilliant job. They have always gone above and beyond to help us during our build in these difficult times.

From the moment we walked into a Burbank display home in Woodlea, we were humbly welcomed by their new home consultant Daniel H. There he asked us the right questions, showed us designs that we were interested in and had a solution to our needs. For that, we agreed to go with Burbank and started our first home journey with the Clifton 130. Great quality build, from start to finish the Burbank team was very accommodating to most of my queries, did not have any issues at all, and I am very satisfied at the quality of workmanship and dedication to reaching the clients goals and needs. My final cost was ok compared to the estimated cost to what I had expected, I will definitely build again with Burbank if I ever have the opportunity In the future.

We have had a great experience with Burbank from start to finish. This was our first time building so were a bit daunted by the process but everything was made easy for us. Our sales consultant Skanda was amazing, he guided us through what we would need and what the timing would be. Colour studio consultants were great, really helped us with our selections. Our site supervisor Ryan was excellent, where there have been issues he has quickly and easily rectified them. Building my first home I was quite anxious after hearing a lot of issues that people have had with builders and company’s. I had heard that contact was not great however I am so happy to say this was not the case for us

We have had an absolutely amazing experience with the entire team from start to finish. They have done an amazing job on our house and even during these tough times they have provided us a home to love in.

Highly recommend Belinda Jackson from Burbank, Altona Branch! Our experience with Belinda was amazing from day one, She is an amazing person to deal with and quite well knows to break the ice at the first go and leaving a long lasting impression! Belinda was spontaneous, efficient and entusiast professional throughout our dealing with her. I was always amazed at the speed at which Bel responded to any concerns or questions I had from time to time. She is always willing to assist and every aspect plus we regard high with her guidance. We finished out build with Burbank in July. As it was our first time building I thought it would be overwhelming but everything went smoothly and Lisa organised everything in the background and kept us up to date. The team in the edge studio were great too making what could easily be overwhelming with choices, quite efficient.
Ben our building supervisor was also great making sure the few minor things picked up at the final inspection were sorted out prior to settlement.
We were happy with the quality of the build so far so here’s hoping it stands the test of time!

Overall had a great experience with Burbank since day 1. All processes and stages of sales, design and construction were well organised and executed in time. Despite chosen upgrades cost more than I was expecting, it was worth it in the end. Burbank's web tool 'MyPlace' was fantastic to monitor progress status from your computer/mobile and wish they would uploaded more photos of some stages as they appear missing on mine. Dealing with Burbank's Home Consultant (Damir), Designers (Chantelle, Natalie and Barbara), New Home Coordinator (Emmaleigh) and Site Supervisors (Lachlan and Michael) was great and they were very patient, kind and helpful, especially with my lack of knowledge and experience in these matters.

I have a double story home and has bathroom leakage. I lodged a warranty claim which they refused by putting the onus on owner of poor maintenance . I have faced so many warranty issue and won't recommend any one to go with Burbank. Deciding to escalate it with consumer affair as well as VCAT

Michael was our conveyancer and he was nothing but helpful and kind to speak with for the duration of our build. Anything we were unsure about he double checked for us and sorted out any problems promptly without issue. Thanks Michael & Bourbank! We love our brand new home and would build with you again for sure!

Fantastic experience from signing contract to the finished build. Extremely professional, and no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. Kept us informed all the way and responded to any queries almost immediately. Such a great team at Burbank, from the Office Staff to the on site supervision, would definitely use them again. They all worked well together to give us a wonderful experience.

We have not started our build yet but we have been quite impressed with all the personnel we have met in person or on the phone. Courteous, Helpful and prompt with answers . Only complaint so far has been how many times and how often we have had to sign documents, sometimes the same document multiple times (LOL). If the build itself is as straight forward as it has been so far we will be very happy customers..

We did a knock-down rebuild and had to organise the existing house removal and all services including power,telephone,water,gas,stormwater, sewerage and leave a level site before Burbank would start.Burbank were not interested in managing this part.
Our journey started out well with Vince in Sales who was very helpful but unfortunately we were allocated an inexperienced New Home Co-ordinator that soured our experience due to ongoing poor communication.The contracted build period was extraordinarily long which we were not happy with but the act...

People change in this company monthly. Our building supervisor changed about 4 times, house frame was broken and somehow still passed inspection, and so did many other things like broken termite pipelines, 3 blocked drain pipes, and the main sewer pipe infront of the house. The main sewer pipe was broken and buried under my driveway, which caused the toilet to flood 1 half of my house. All issues were finally resolved after going back and forward many times as the warranty team kept changing. I got a really good deal from Burbank at the time. Was it worth it? No. Stay clear of these major volume builders.

From the very beginning of our project we have very good communication with Burbank.
They help us with our plans and later in the studio we have good advice for color and electrical design.
Construction went quick and smooth and we are very happy with our new house.

We had a smooth journey with Burbank. Cassandra, our Home Consultant and Tim, our Site Supervisor helped us with proper communication. We have most of the items fixed after PCI. We have already moved into the house and Tim has helped us with the minor fixes. We are loving our first home and waiting for the final items to be installed/fixed.

Build was managed well, even though there are some minor workmanship issues but Field managed Amy is proactive and rectified them . if we find any issues during the inspection, burbank will rectify them before the final handover.Final costs will be always more than the estimated costs because we never know the costs until we have a final colours appointment in the studio.
