I signed for the contract when I was pregnant. I feel like I was taken advantage of. The sales process was full of lies and unethical. Would never build or trust this company again. So disappointed. We were promised the world and didnt receive any of it. We were given our contract to sign in 15 minutes and not sent it the night before. If we had to go back to the studio we had to pay so everything was rushed. Unprofessional company. When I complained numerous times they didnt care or want to listen to it.

Leading up to the commencement of my build I was so worried as I heard the horror stories of the delays and follow ups with no responses. As soon as Dean Galea (site supervisor) was assigned my file he was on the phone to introduce himself. He let me know when things were order, when they were done and encouraged me to go on site to see. Im honestly amazing and surprised at how smooth this has been and have not had to ask once where is this at.

I am a first home buyer, i did not know where to start and how to start on constructing new home. I saw a advertisement and visited Point Cook office where Ilona Weber was excellent in explaining to detail and making me understand the process. Also Burbank credited back $5K as they felt they charged more for the site costs which is like wow for me as not many of them would do.

Decided to go with Andre25sq double storey which suites the block well.

Once I finally found a design that suited my budget and block the customer service was great.

Molly Trapnell and Frank Graffeo have been great help so far and even included a time frame of pre construction process and when building should commence on site as this time frame is important to me.

I will keep updating this review to confirm quality of build, management of build, costs etc but so far its been a great experience.

Had a great experience so far. They make the home design as per your requirements. Varun bhatia guided as all the way through the designing process and guided us to make whatever changes we want to make and as it is our first home we building so we lot of doubts, which are also been clarified.

I'm still waiting for my build to start, & they still can't give me a start date. They have had my deposit for just under 4 months!! I have signed everything as they requested along the way, but now I find I have had to go to a Solicitor because they have breached the contract & owe me costs & compensation. They also only choose to answer calls or emails when they feel fit. I feel totally cheated & would advise against building with Burbank!!

I started off with a builder who went into liquidation and I found it very hard at the start when so many problems came up. I was stuck and its my first property so I was very discouraged till I got help from George and Frank (Clyde offices).

They have been absolutely amazing, On top of everything and makes the client feel comfortable in knowing that everything is taken care of. I am not up to the building stage yet, but very happy with everything up to now! Thank you for all your effort and the time you have put in to make this experience amazing!

From our incredible Sales Consultant (Goran Koydovski) to our appointed New Home Coordinator (Mariah Shapcott-James who is incredibly professional, prompt and super kind no matter how many times we contacted her to explain building jargon to us. Our Site Supervisor (Tim Tanti) has been super easy to work with. Tim and Mariah kept us up to date and everything ran smoothly and ahead of schedule which we were so happy about. We just had our PCI and found only minor things that need to be fixed which Tim has already actioned. Thanks to Burbank for an awesome stress free experience and an easy build. We will not hesitate to use Burbank again in the future. Thanks Goran, Mariah & Tim!!!

I would like to commend Cindy from the Edge Studio as she is very helpful during our preparation for the Colors Appointment. She has explained stuffs very well and guide us to make our initial decisions. She is very approachable and easy to communicate with. She never left us during the times that I and my wife are uncertain of what is in front of us.

Good Experience by Far

Our site supervisor Dean is really nice and easy to communicate with. He also keeps us updated by means of personal call and email on what is going on with our build. We did a visit last week to the construction site and we are amazed of how great the progress was. We also appreciate how friendly the people working onsite are.

We attended the Edge twice before our colour selection day. We felt fully prepared and were excited for our colours day. Juliette was fabulous! Knowledgeable, engaging and made the process so easy. Vanessa was also knowledgeable and helpful with our electrical selections. Our heating and cooling was our only disappointment, we felt Barbara lacked knowledge, she wasnt really able to answer any questions and after our appointment she just didnt reply to a few of our emails requesting further information/confirmation.
Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend Burbank with our experience so far.

Just had our PCI inspection today and couldn't be happier. Our new home is perfect. Attention to detail has been excellent. The building process has been a breeze with so much help from Burbank staff, Edge Studio and our Site Supervisor Chris Cassar has been awesome. Our budget was understood and easily met. Fixtures and fittings are first class. It's been a quick smooth process and the finished product is everything we imagined it would be. So glad we chose Burbank, no stress, no fuss just a beautiful home. Thankyou.

Burbank recommended we attend the Edge studio for a tour before our colour appointment to familarise ourselves with our options. We went twice and this was extremely helpful for us to work out our style, and budget for our build. Ruby Talaj (design) and Danielle Stokes (electrical) were extremely helpful during our colour appointment. They helped guide us through, explaining things in layman terms for us when we were unsure of something. Their expert knowledge was extremely valuable to us.

We haven't began building yet but we did a tour of the edge studio recently which was really beneficial that burbank offers this as it's assisting us be prepared for colours and electrical selections. Our tour guide explained everything and no question was to hard to answer for us.
Our sales rep damir in geelong has been fantastic, he has gone above and beyond assisting and accommodating us with every step of our paper work making it such a breeze of a journey so far . we are enjoy this process with burbank and looking forward to seeing our home come to life.

Had my colour and electric appointment in Melbourne, the ladies who assisted were so very helpful, no pressure, gave you plenty of time to decide if colours were what you want, the electrical and heating correct. I cannot wait for the house to be built. I would recommend the studio.

We are in Contract signing stage, Pre construct and so far we are happy with the service of our Sales Consultant Mike Attewell, we called him Magic Mike as he works wonders with all our queries and concern. We have issue with their unexpected energy savings variation cost, he checked and coordinated these immediately and called us bringing goodnews as always, fast updates afterwards. He is one hundred percents ensure we are getting the best customer service, I greatly appreciate his incredible service as he made us feel getting more excited to start building our home at Burbank . The experience is perfect. My site supervisor really focus on detail and try his best to make settlement experience smooth for me. They have answered my any question with their full passion and professionalism. From choosing the design to choosing the color scheme, then to waiting for the first pci, I receive constant update for the progress and the my place system is really an excellent experience.

Great service from the edge studio team. Suggestions from the team helped me choose exactly what I want and was also helpful to save money on interior things. Curtains are too expensive in the Burbank so prefered to do it outside or myself with bunnings help. Will recommend my friends for the quality and service.
