Hi!
We are building the Renwick 23 in Kaduna Park and we absolutely love the display home (as Shani knows!).
Would you be able to give some information on who did the grey wallpaper in the Renwick 23 display home please?
And also where the mirror in the main entrance hallway came from?
Thank you!

Hi Corinne H,

We are so pleased that you love our Renwick 23 display!

The mirror is from our wholesale supplier, Warrenbrooke - they will be able to help you locate a stockist.

The wallpaper is installed by Paperwheels.

All the best for the build of your very own Renwick 23!

Is it at all possible to do your colour selection on the Saturdays, i fully understand that the Tender and contract signing should take place during normal business hours. But i am a self employed Contractor, i must give 8 weeks notice to have a day off. I lose considerable money for the day and have to stand down my 2 workers also. I didnt think it would be that hard, the selection centre is open anyway.

Hi Priyanka,

Thank you for building with us.
We have raised your question with our Interior Design Team, Unfortunately the dining chairs in question were custom made by a company who only sell wholesale, and not retail.

They have suggested if you try Temple and Webster you may find something similar.
Best of luck!

NCSC4asked

HI there,
I have searched high and low for an answer for this question but I keep getting the same reply that its "house specific". and I cannot find any house specific details anywhere (looked at the quotes and online)
Scenario: We plan on building the Sorrento Deluxe 46 and noticed that the Ref cooling unit is a 14.8kW single phase Brivis system. Now initially we were considering building the Sorrento 43 and their Ref cooling unit was a 17.1kW three phase Brivis system.
My question: Both Sorrento Deluxe 46 and Sorrento 43 have the same downstairs floor plan only difference is that the Sorrento deluxe 46 is bigger with an additional bedroom and couple of bathrooms (bigger house) so why is the Sorrento Deluxe 46 getting a smaller size single phase Ref cooling unit?
I also spoke to the technical staff at Brivis and they seem to think its unusual.. I just require a justifiable answer seeing as I am paying appx. $30,000 more for the bigger house and now might also need to upgrade to a bigger cooling system, which doesn't seem fair or justifiable. I hope someone can answer this question.
Thanks

Good Morning NCSC4,

Completely understand your question ! So if you choose to build the Sorrento 46 Deluxe it comes with the 14.8kw unit, if you choose to build the Sorrento 43 this also comes with the 14.8kw unit, unless you select to have the Rumpus room option which then comes with the 17.1kw unit. Please note that both these units are only designed to zone and cool one floor at a time, so either the ground floor or second story. If you require a unit that suits your specific needs we can provide our suppliers contact details and they can have a consultation with you to help design your preferred unit.

We hope we have cleared this up for you and look forward to building you new home.
Kind Regards,
Carlisle Management.

Thank you for replying back to me. I did not make any new changes or add any more rooms to the Sorrento 43 plus also double checked with the cooling people and their charts at Spectra and it said that Sorrento 43 gets the 17.1kW and the Sorrento Deluxe 46 gets the 14.8kW. Another person who has built the Sorrento 43 - no extra rooms added also said they got the 17.1kW. Even the cooling people at spectra couldn't explain it. So it didn't make sense to me. If you could provide me with the suppliers contact details that would be great.
Thanks

Hi,

I was wondering if you could please let me know where a couple of items of furniture are from that you have on display in Officer in the Kensington 41.

The framed artwork pictures in the first formal lounge at the front of the house?

The barstools in the kitchen?

And also the names of the items if possible.

Thank you

Hi Nina,

Those particular stools are the 'New York Bar Stools' and can be sourced from our supplier, Satara.

A supplier for the artwork can be identified from our wholesale supplier, Warrenbrooke.

Hi Amu,

Thank you for your question.

While it is home and facade dependent, in general brickwork is a standard inclusion over all windows and doors in our Easy Living single story homes.

If you would like further information we would encourage you to raise this item with a member of our Sales Team.

Hi Ange,

Thank you for your question! We love hearing you are impressed with our designs.

In most cases, it is best to speak to one of our dedicated Sales Consultants to determine how your individual build requirements, and your title date and location, may impact contracts and promotions currently in place, as this is likely to vary based on a number of factors. Please call 13 27 67 to speak to our Customer Enquiry Team who can begin this process for you.

I heard from a sale, Carlisle has requirements for land size. if the fall distance of the back and front are too big (something like 3 meters), they will not build home for you.
is there any change recently ?

Hi henry1999sg,

Depending on the levels of your block of land and how much fall there is over the building area will determine if we can or can’t build for you.

We highly recommend you contact us directly on 9560 1779 so we can clarify this for you further.

Hi,
I am planning to build a t-range house. Can I have the undermount sink in the ensuite. I was told I can't get them since they are only for affinity. Why can't I put them in if I'm building my own house and I'm willing to pay for it? There is already a big difference in the prices and inclusions of each ranges, I think it is not necessary to limit people from choosing what they want in their own house if they are willing to pay. I have seen lots of posts in a group discussion complaining about not being able to get what they want in their home. I hope carlisle will change this system since it drives people away. I was really dissappointed about this.

Hi Nat J.
Firstly, we apologise for the delay in our response.

In regard to your query we can confirm you have been provided with the appropriate advice that this is not typically an option for our T Range clients.

However, if you could please email us directly at [email protected] we would really like to look into this further for you to see if we can assist you in achieving the look you are after.

We look forward to hearing from you.

May I know what's the process to change a Builder and how long does it usually take?

The current building status is that the Builder has recently slabbed concrete foundation.

Looking forward to your reply!

Hi Mic,

Thank you for your question.

We believe you may be asking if we would take over a project from your current builder who is at slab stage?
If this is the case it is unlikely that we would take on such a project.

However, if you would like to provide further information or reach out to us directly you can send through an enquiry via our website.

Hi, we are currently building the Sheraton 48 in Warragul, we started on site early March (slab poured) and the plasterer and bricklayers are now on site, the supervisor has been amazing and there has literally been someone working on our home every day since they delivered the bin and toilet! Would highly recommend them.

Can you please let me know what is the difference between Charlisle's Trange and Easy living Homes? I can see a difference of $20K between these two in the base price, however I have been told by some of the Charlisle representatives that the difference is basically on the selection studio where Trange homes selection studio is done in Spectra.

Yes the colour selection stage of these ranges of home are different. In addition to this, our T Range and Easy Living ranges follow a slightly different process and offer different options.

Hi we are in the process of choosing to build the Edgewood 23 from easy living range. We were told that if we upgrade our ceiling heights that the internal garage access door height to house can’t be changed . We were just wondering why this is ? As it might look awkward upgrading all other doors but that one.

That sounds strange and wrong we upgraded all our door heights to match the 2.7 high ceilings and the internal garage door was also upgraded to suit the ceiling height
stay on them before they start or contract

Hi Natasha t,

Within our Easy Living range, this may not be considered a standard or optional upgrade which may be why you have been told it can’t be done.

We suggest that you speak with your Sales Consultant again and who can further explain why this isn’t an option and will take you through any other options available to you.
