We went to the store to look at a dining table and rug that we had seen online. The table wasn’t at the showroom but the lovely sales team assisted us with determining our size requirements and processed an online purchase while in store.
Our new Nixon dining table and Carmen rug were delivered 4 days later. Great communication for the delivery and extremely impressed with the quality of the products.

Bought a few furnitures there on a few different times, it all came after a few weeks of waiting. But overall, the waiting time was the same with the expected delivery date or even earlier. If only it all can come at least the day after, it would've been more convenient :)

The service from the team was great. I ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. The team was very helpful. Furniture also looks great!

I can't review at all. Because so far I still haven't receive my item. They use Australia Post which just dumped a collection card in front of the door and never bother to ring my door bell or knock on the door. And I was at home!

Poor delivery.

After a few weeks of waiting, we sadly had to cancel our L shape sofa one day before we received notification of delivery due to its size. They were able to cancel my order immediately without any hassle. We came the day after to purchase the same type of sofa but smaller version, and the process was very smooth. We are excited to have it ready for delivery sometime next week

We love our Cupid Coffee Table. The website was easy to navigate and the product arrived within 2 days of ordering. The quality is fantastic and exactly as described. We love it and it makes a great feature in our home.

I recently purchased four side tables and a lamp. I had to wait three weeks for delivery, but that was clearly stated at the time of purchase. Everything was delivered in perfect shape and assembly was trivial. Very pleased.

Went in store to see a couch I had looked at online - Had a great experience with their staff and ended up getting a great deal on floor stock (about $400 off) It came as they said it would within a week as they only had to deliver it from the store. So really great service. Polite delivery, although wish delivery came with assembly or an Alan Key as I don't have one yet, or instructions to put it together. Luckily it looks simple...

I purchased the Adams Chaise Lounge in Dove Grey. I was a bit apprehensive while purchasing as I wasn't able to see the product, but was so happy when I received the sofa! It is beautiful and fits perfectly in my small apartment. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, I've received so many compliments from friends who have visited. Customer service couldn't help enough and responded to all my queries promptly, very friendly service. I highly recommend them :)

I ordered the Zayn TV Console from Castlery. This was my first experience ordering furniture online, as I like to see the furniture in person. I was very pleased with all elements of the purchasing process. I found the website easy to navigate and it was more informative than other websites, especially in terms of the amount of product photos provided. The delivery was quick, and easily scheduled. And, most importantly, I think the TV Console is even better in person than it appeared online. I would definitely use Castlery again.

Ordered Lewis dining chairs online. Waited over a month for delivery. Seemed to be exactly what I was after, but, when chairs arrived we were so surprised as chairs were very much smaller than displayed. Seat height was fine but overall chair size is very small and compact so beware, see in person first is the message here. Cannot return as original packaging accidentally destroyed before realising return was an option. I suggested to Castlery it would an great idea to place chair with a table in online photo and put all the dimensions e.g seat width at back as well as front as much narrower at back but they don’t tell you that. So lessons to be learned here.

The store site was decent, staff could be more welcoming however furniture was arranged nicely. Quite a good diverse range available. Quality is good, very happy with my purchase of the Seb range. Item is leaps and bounds above IKEA.

Their products are great and of high quality. The furnitures are stylish and easy to assemble. Website is easy to use.

Bought one item from these guys and have been spammed ongoing ever since. Contrary to the Spam Act they continue to spam me even though I have asked to be removed from their database......even though I did not agree to be on it. The spam emails also do not have an unsubscribe which is law in Australia.
Use another business that respects you as a customer.

online purchase of queen size bed and hoping to make use of free mattress offer, difficulty activating that with online order but sales staff on phone was very helpful - unfortunately queen size was unavailable but being offered a single mattress - which we used for our child`s bed! Bed great - some delay with delivery as castlery`s preferred courier in our area only delivered on certain days - that is inconvenient to arrange for someone to be home! But we love our new bed - good quality and easy to assemble.
