Our Site Supervisor was very knowledgeable, always in contact with us and has produced a well built home considering we went through Covid shutdowns, shortage in trades etc. We got handover prior to the end contract date which considering the shutdowns stated above, was a tremendous effort by the SS & his trades. We chose Clarendon as they were professional, transparent and was excellent value for money. People say the colours, electrics etc cost extra but you have to compare your all-in price with other builders and the brands of fittings/appliances used. For us Clarendon came on top when we included brand-name appliances, bathroom fittings etc.

While there are challenges when dealing with a large builder we felt Clarendon had a great process and generally worked well. Best thing is if you ask for a change we felt the cost was reasonable and reflecte...

Our sales consultant went above & beyond for our pre-construction period and nothing was too much trouble. The only issues we had was Council Red Tape and issues from our pool construction. All of Clarendons estimates were spot on ! We compared many other home builders and random designs but kept coming back to Clarendon. We’re glad we went with them.

My slab stage is completed and fully satisfied with the progress and update from the builder. The site supervisor for the slab stage is very good and updated me the progress frequently. When signing up with Clarendon to build the Bowral 48 with David we were beyond excited! Our couple of days at the Clarendon Colour Studio went very smoothly, as everyone was helpful. Our journey with Clarendon homes has been exceptional from start to finish, and we have seen the Clarendon team show a non-stop commitment to making our build as smooth as possible.

To start off the process, we stumbled into one of the Clarendon show homes after just cancelling our tender from another builder due to their poor performance. Straight away we fell in love with the Boston home design, and the sales person [Name Removed] was extremely helpful in giving us all the information we needed....

We built our first home with Clarendon homes. The service and assistance we received from everyone was amazing, starting with our sales consultant and ending with our site supervisor and everyone in between.
The entire process was enjoyable and we were kept well informed the entire time.
The result was a beautiful home with great finishes.

Our Site Manager is great and so easy to work with. Due to Covid and supply change issues we had a few unforeseen delays, but our manager was very professional in keeping us posted on the updates.
He also made sure the delays did not impact the overall build time by effectively planning around it. Site manager gives us a call every Friday and gives us detailed account of the work undertaken that week.

Clarendon homes did an amazing job to be able to handover our home before Christmas. From the very beginning of the building process we were impressed with the attention to detail and the efficiency with which things were completed. Once we were onsite, our site supervisor was awesome and made sure things ran smoothly and ahead of expected time frames. Any issues that we raised or any questions we asked were dealt with promptly and nothing was ever too much of a problem. Everyone that has seen our home has been impressed with the quality of finishes. Would build build with Clarendon again!

We built with Clarendon in NSW through 2020 - early 2021. Building a new house is very stressful, however the whole process with Clarendon was smooth and well managed. All key people we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful - including our Sales Consultant, Tender Presenter, Contract Presenter, Customer Service Consultants, and our Site Supervisor. We were very lucky to have an awesome Concrete Site Manager. He provided regular updates on the progress of the slab and was prompt in returning calls/messages. We requested some pictures of the slab and he delivered as promised. He was very informative and helpful and willing to answer our questions and concerns honestly. The Clarendon customer service has been great so far. We look forward to the next phase of the Clarendon journey.

Our concrete supervisor has been awesome. Was always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had and was upfront and honest about the up coming process. Very happy with the job so far. Our slab looks amazing!

The slab process was managed great, it was very efficient. We were kept up to date. Site contractor contacted us when he said he would, site was always kept tidy and the team was friendly and got on with the work. The workmanship seems good. We are Happy with the process.

Our Customer Service Consultant, [Name Removed], was great and so easy to work with. We had a few external delays and set backs, such as a delay in land registration and CDC approvals, but [Name Removed] was very professional and knowledgeable with the next best steps to progress our project further. There were certain unexpected costs that were incurred but it wasn't too much. Overall, we felt like we were in reliable and experienced hands with [Name Removed] managing our project, pre-construction.

The Clarendon homes team were very helpful and delivered an excellent first home. Thanks heaps in particular our amazing site supervisor he kept us informed and less anxious during the whole building process. He was very prompt to answering our questions and was quick to fix minor issues.

Clear communication from initial sales consultation, throughout tender & especially during construction. Great designs, extensive range of upgrades and great inclusions. Weekly updates during construction and our wonderful site manager was always available to answer any queries and reassure any concerns, exceeding expectations. The build was finished ahead of schedule to a very high standard, we couldn’t be happier.

I've engaged Clarendon to rebuild my house. Customer service is always responsive and answering my questions. They called me regularly to update me with progresses which I really appreciate. The consultants in Lifestudio are knowledgeable and patient. I'm glad I've completed the final drawing and looking forward to working with Clarendon to finish building my dream home.

We built with Clarendon four years ago. We were so impressed with the service and product they were our first choice when we decided to build again. We love the floor plans of the homes, the Boston in particular as there is no space wasted and everything flows nicely. We have just signed our contract and so far the service has exceeded our first experience. Being a good reputed builder comes with lot of its own good and bad. They are very professional in the way they do their build, and this is what everyone would want.

But being so experienced doesn’t help when it comes to dealing with client’s who is a first timer. A first time home builder/client would be a lot anxious and looking for more details from the builder. I felt it lacking a bit of good comms with the customer. Customers are being taken for granted as they are a lot experienced in the field.

We are at the building stage of our first property. Ever since we were assigned to our Site Supervisor [Name Removed], from the get go, we knew we were in the right hands. I mean, where do I even begin? I wish there was an option to give 10 stars in this review. [Name Removed] has made the building experience so easy for us. Not only does he provide us with weekly updates via phone, he is prompt on replying to all of my messages and keeps communication to the point with full transparency.
