We booked our first cruise with Benice from Clean Cruising a few years ago. As we live in western Australia and they are located on the east coast everything had been done via email, and we could not fault anything at all. We have since rebooked a further 3 cruises with Benice and the level of service can only be described as perfection. I have just come back from a cruise on the Carinval Splendor.
The service on the boat was very good.
I had my grandaughter with me who is 6. The 24 hr ice-cream machine, pizza, burgers, popcorn, afternoon movies on the pool deck, water slides, water park were really great big deal in a young child's life.
Bernice from Clean Cruising is always very helpful, understanding and caring.
I explained to her my budget and she manages to find me something. Having cruised on the Carnival Legend and the Splendor these are just fun ships to be on.. not boring always something happening very much a family ship.

After 16 cruises, nothing much would surprise my wife of 56 years.....until our last cruise on the Majestic Princess, 12 days Sydney to Auckland over Christmas. Unbeknownst to my wife, our entire extended family had stowed away on the ship too. My wife was thrilled when they crept up behind her at the muster station. It was a cruise to remember. This company should be proud of their communication with clients. All queries are responded to in a courteous and timely manner. After an upgrade through the cruise company, it appeared new documents would not be available prior to leaving for the departure port. Clean Cruising understood the dilemma and continued to persevere with the cruise company and communicate with me until the situation was resolved. This was very reassuring and allayed anxieties.

From my first phone contact, Clean Cruising were helpful with the booking process and my questions along the way. Emails provided answers to questions and always prompt. A fabulous service that we will use again.
