As a first home builder I was naturally pretty nervous about the process, Sharelle and the rest of her team really helped settle my nerves with their helpful and friendly advice. Sharelle was really helpful in putting togeather a design that suited me, going above and beyond my expectations with her level of commitment and expertise. I was updated regularly on the progress of plans even when she went away on holiday. Overall my experience with Dale Alcock and Sharelle so far has been an absolute pleasure and im looking forward to working with them further as the build progresses.

As finding a builder for your home is difficult, Dale Alcock has a saying “It has to feel right”, we couldn’t agree more. We walked into the display home “The Noosa” and it just felt right.

We are into our third build with Dale Alcock over the last 15 years, and the quality of service, construction, efficiency and can-do attitude keep getting better and better. Harry Lewer has been exceptional in managing our design changes and block challenges improving on our dream home every step of the way. With outstanding knowledge of what structurally can and cannot be achieved within council and block size limitations, not to mention budget, nothing has been insurmountable for Dale Alcock. It has been such an effortless process to date.

We built our second forever home with Dales. Initially it was challenging but once the build got under way the service was great. Having built another home previously that we were happy with we can really tell the difference in the quality and finish. We could not be happier with our family home and the only issue we have now is trying to actually leave it! Ha ha There were some minor teething issues but these were sorted so quick with no drama at all! There’s no such thing as a perfect builder but what you need is one that corrects anything raised. If we ever built again we wouldn’t build with anyone else!

We were lucky enough to have been referred to Max at Dale Alcock homes and from the first phone call he has made us feel comfortable. Never having built before Max has been so helpful, patient and understanding with all of our questions that we have had along the way. Thank you for being so accommodating during the Christmas time craziness with getting the ball rolling so we can be in our new home by next Christmas.

Currently, I am at the pre-building stage of my house with Dale Alcock and the process till now was very smooth. James Brittain, the new homes consultant was very helpful right from the start. He listened patiently to us and made the changes effortlessly on the plan. He never pushed us to get the things we don't need and was able to guide us in terms of what we need and we might not need. This helped us save a lot of money. This was very helpful as we have little experience building a house. James was also the person who got us the land. We have only started our building journey, but what a fantastic way to start! 5 star service from the minute we parked in the car park with personalised sign! Harry has been very understanding. We initially had our first plan drawn up all including what we listed as must haves for our home, then we found a similar plan slightly bigger.... the name of the plan happened to have a sentimental meaning to us, and when we told Harry, he just got it! and updated the plans for us immediately. He always had everything organised and sorted for each meeting. We look forward to working with Dale for the next year

We recently decided to build a new house in an old area of Perth. We had some specific requirements due to the block. We contacted several builders but all struggled to comprehend what we wanted. We then contacted Dale Alcock and from our very first meeting it was clear they could understand what we wanted and had a can do attitude. The service we received from Stuart, Leyla and Gina was excellent. Specially Leyla stood out. We could not have wished for a better start to this project.
