All round fantastic build no problems at all through each stage very happy. I would highly recommend building through Dennis Family homes if you are going build. The people you deal with are great and always ready to help you through every process and help with suggestions for first time builders.

I have had a great experience building my new home with Dennis Family Homes. My Sales Consultant, Jackie was very easy to work with and I valued her experience and her helpful knowledge. My supervisor Chris was a Gem. He always checked with me if he thought there was an option to improve or make changes for a better outcome. I have greatly appreciated Jackie and Chris for their input to achieving the highest quality home for me. I am very happy with my new home, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dennis Family Homes to anyone.

We are very happy with the quality of our new home, our sales consultant Mary-Anne was a great help and always had good advice. Our building supervisor Nathan always kept us up to date and was very approachable. The build was quite quick and everything ran very smoothly. We were very happy with the tradesmen we had working on our home. There were no surprises with the final cost and we would certainly recommend DFH to others.

Our build with Dennis Family Homes was a very smooth process, and we are very happy with the home we received at the end.

We are so happy with the quality of the build, and our son who is a stair builder was also impressed.
There were no hidden costs and everything was explained and easy to understand.

The management was good, the team arrange everything on time.
Generally, the quality of the building is fine, and that is the house what I want, but there are a lot cracks on the corners, under the window and on alfresco. Some doors cant close properly. The toilet cant flush very well, and the first date when I moved in, the toilet was not clean, we found "dirty things" in toilet absolutely someone didn't flush after toilet.
[name removed] always response us very quickly and gave us the best advise when we had issues.
The final cost is higher than the estimated cost, because we change something, it's still acceptable.

I thought building a house would be overwhelming but it wasn't, Jackie helped right from the beginning offering advice and suggestions. The building stage was great I didn't have an issues and the end quality was perfect. I'm so happy with the final outcome and quality of my new home. The finial cost of my home was on budget, there were no surprise costs. My 6 month inspection went well and only the standard things needed attending to.

We moved into our forever home "Davenport 363" just In time for Christmas 2022. Our whole experience with DFH from start to finish was second to none. From our early dealings with Jacki (salesperson) to Annie (colour consultant) & finishing with Chris (supervisor) our build and experience with DFH was flawless. Unfortunately as this is our forever home, we won't get an opportunity to build with DFH again. The expertise & prompt communication from both Jacki & Chris to ourselves, had made our whole building experience stress free and quite enjoyable. Thanks DFH Shepparton, especially Jackie & Chris.

From start to finish my build was well managed with constant updates of what was going on and what was required of me at each stage. Sharon was amazing with walking me through the entire process and how to go about each of the details before the build. Throughout the Build Mark the Supervisor kept me up to date with each stage of the build.
The build quality is to a high standard.
The cost of the build was affordable for a first home builder.

We've just moved into our Columbia 21 & from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Dennis Family Homes. Our Sales Consultant Sharon was amazing, very knowledgeable & nothing was ever a problem, even with all of the personal little changes that I made. Then we were handed over to our Site Supervisor Mark who kept us well informed along the way & made sure that our house was spot on at handover. Wouldn't hesitate on building with Dennis Family Homes again.

This is my 3rd home I have built
After building local it was too expensive and the finish was very basic.

So my next home after selling the previous we decided to build with one of the bigger companies after going to numerous display homes I found Dennis Homes in Shepparton and Maryann to very approachable and explain everything in great detail ( Maryann knows her stuff).nothing was to much trouble to change design but you do have to think of all the little details when it comes to final plans.

From the very beginning every part of our Dennis Family experience has been fantastic. Larreace and Sharon were incredibly helpful, open and honest, which gave us a clear direction, and made every decision easy moving forward. Thanks to the way they conduct themselves, there were no surprises along the way and our estimated cost came in bang on !
Then onto Mark our site supervisor! what a legend ! He made sure we were informed every step of the way, he was always available to speak to and he made sure the finished product was to a top standard.
To be totally honest our home has exceeded our expectations. Thanks to absolutely every one involved ! We really are grateful.

EKATI 23 BF Excellent experience from start to finish. All of the staff from the initial consultations, colour selection, build and handover were fantastic and very helpful. Finished product was great, few minor defects at handover that were fixed promptly but otherwise couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend!

The pre-construction timeframe took a lot longer than expected but that was partially due to planning permit issues not the fault of the builders. The colour consultation should be split into two separate visits – it's too much at the one time, by the end of it you will pick anything just for it to be over.
The building of the house seemed to be well managed however the communication process was not as good. For the most part the workmanship was very good however we were disappointed with the plumbers. Ultimately the final cost was what we expected. There are always issues with any build and for the most part the issues we had were all small but annoying issues that could have been easily avoided.

Everything was fabulous, run smoothly contact great finished product is amazing and we love our new house. Totally feel like we are in a motel and we both keep waiting for someone to tell us it is time to check out. Cost was what was agreed upon

This is our third build in 25 years, so we have two previous builds to compare. One with Glenville Melbourne the other Hotondo Shepparton. The management and build quality was of a higher standard than the previous builds. Our choice was the DEVONPORT 283 with the Provincial Façade-Inspirations series Essence Inclusions. This combination gave us the flexibility to include or discard as we wish. The finished product has to be seen to be believed!
There were no real surprises with costing with this build as this was professionally handled from the start.
The end result has been truly "INSPIRATIONAL".

Being out first build we were nervous, but we had such a great experience and are so happy with the outcome. We built the Lakewood 333 after we had fallen in love with the display home in Shepparton. We had a great sales consultant who really knew what she was talking about and had great advise in positioning and any changes.
We also had a great site supervisor who did a great job in organising the trades efficiently, meaning an earlier than expected handover and he fixed the few minor issues we had with no fuss. Communication during the build was minimal but S/S would always respond quickly if I had any questions.
Would defiantly build with Dennis Family Homes again.
