Great massage chairs.
NSW, AuburnI had tried one of the new model massage chairs at DeRUCCI Auburn shop. What a chair! So real for the massage experience and the product looked so cool..
Bad bed!
NSWPaid a fortune for a bed frame. The colour shown to me and purchased was different from what was delivered. I complained to the store manager but with no luck. Now I am stuck with a bed which does not match with other furniture in the bedroom...A nightmare.
Hopeless & misleading sales practices

Misleading sales practices.
30% disc one day, 40% disc next day. Sales people lacking knowledge & obviously dead keen to make a sale right now.
Annoying & irritating.
The 8 to 12 week delivery advised at the end, lost the sale opportunity.

The Guys Cheat Customers
NSWI did not get coffee tray with the sofa which I paid for. This sofa has a space allocated for the tray & how bad if you do not get the factory accessory to fill in the space.
After a long argument I got the tray, believe me this time only a half of it. Now they want me to buy the other half separately. This level of professionalism is unbelievable.
Extremely poor customer service, masive delays on deliveries (over 5 months).

We bought a couch and a lounge chair from De Rucci in Alexandria as we liked the style. We were told that they would be delivered in 10 to 12 weeks. We called them after 14 weeks and we were told that someone would call us back to provide an update and we did not hear from them. We called on week 15, same story. We call them at least 5 times and they always promise to call you back and they never do. Long story short after chasing them so many times for an update, on week 23 from th
... Read moree order we get an INCOMPLETE delivery (only the couch and not the lounge chair which was order the match the couch). We spoke to the shop and they asked us to wait another 12 weeks to get the lounge chair, then we escalated to their head of customer service and they said that the lounge chair was lost in the shippment and that there was nothing they could do. We requested compensation (2 extra pillows) and they rejected our request. We then ask for a refund and they said it would be done in 5 to 10 buiness days and its been 3 weeks and still haven't received our money back. Please stay away from them.Extra Information
