Our journey started in November last year from scouring home builders until it led us to Domaine Homes in Box Hill, our sales person Michael Depalo has been excellent from day one from listening to our wants and our needs as well as making us feel comfortable and confident in one of the biggest steps of our lives, the customer service from head office has also been exceptional thus far and we wouldn't have chosen anyone else.

We were greeted at the sales office of Domaine Homes in Box Hill by this warm gentleman by the name of Michael DEPALO. This fellow should be awarded the best sales person on the planet. He was sincere, understanding and patient with us through the entire sales process. Our situation at first was very delicate and difficult but Michael encouraged us and kept us feeling positive throughout and the end result was amazing. He helped us chose a fantastic build and somehow kept it stress free and enjoyable. He is a credit to Domaine Homes and should be recognized as such. Thank you Michael and Domaine Homes.

We first visited the Domaine Homes office at Oran Park, and were helped by Ethan. He was very professional, honest and helpful throughout the initial stages.

When we started building, we were handed over to Steven Vassallo, our site manager who was nothing short of amazing. He provided us with weekly updates, and was always so giving of his time over the phone.
His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none.
This is now our third house we have built, and by far the smoothest building process we have experienced.
He got us into our house in record time, and we can't thank him enough for making this such a pleasant experience!

From day one, our consultant Pawan has been amazing. As first home buyers, he understood our needs and helped us make the best choice according to our budget constraints. We have signed our tender and we are awaiting for colour choice selection appointment. So far, everything has been amazing and transparent.

From the beginning of signing our contract with Domaine Homes it has been very easy and stress free. Our customer service consultant Charlotte Fooks has been nothing short of amazing. Everything has been explained to us simply and she is very easy to talk too.

From the day of signing the contract, Domaine homes showed us lots of positive signs and also responded back to our queries within a day. Customer service contact (Sam) was always there to help and provide quick updates on our pre-construction stages and also doing regular followup's on the construction approval etc. we have now moved to the construction stage and will be looking forward for a similar outcome.

We haven’t gotten to the building stage yet but I’m super excited about it. Michael from Box Hill has been wonderful and has had such patience with us. He’s made picking our house and land a pleasant experience and went beyond to get us the best deal. We are very much happy that we picked Domaine Homes to build our future home.

The Domaine Homes experience to date has surpassed my expectations. The website is very informative and a great indication of the cost to build. I have always found it difficult to get a clear indication of cost without having to engage in detail with multiple builders and then they are usually reluctant to disclose additional costs throughout the upgrades process. Domaine have overcome this with clear packages of very common upgrade choices that would suit any investor. This means I can use my annual leave for holidays and not visits to multiple subcontracted services. The styles on offer are well packaged and priced competitively. The contract signing process was thorough and dealt with queries on the day.

We have only just got to the build phase and getting banking approval has been a true test in patience. Counter to that is the wonderful service and support that Domaine Homes have provided. Not only has the experience of choosing a home, colour schemes and fittings been a fun and engaging experience, but Charlotte, our customer service consultant has provided endless help in meeting the many demands of our bank in gaining finance.
