Purchased a mattress and frame fron Domayne in November 2015. We were told we would have to wait until late January 2016 for delivery which we agreed to.
Neither product arrived to us until late February and when they did the frame was chipped at the head board and some industrial type glue had been spilled and left to dry on one of the sides of the frame.
The customer service rep from Domayne was very polite and apologetic. He kindly ordered us replacement parts for the damaged parts of our bedframe.
The new parts arrived today and they have sent us the wrong size head board!
Have contacted Domayne again today.
Will hopefully have the bed frame we paid for in 2015 before 2016 is through!!!

I would not recommend this product. It is very poorly manufactured.
Whilst the workmanship in the sofa itself is satisfactory the scatter cushions, a feature of this suite, have been manufactured to an extremely low standard. Domayne did endeavour to have this rectified however, the "repair" is of an even lower standard. I am extremely disappointed and investigating my options from this point.

Will never purchase anything from Domayne again following two recent exchanges:
1. Table delivery - told 2 weeks, took 2 months and 4 follows up (by me).
2. Blind installation - was told that "we may not be the cheapest, but we deliver high quality results" - certainly were expensive, but results unfortunately were not high quality. Installation experience was appalling, the blinds were installed incorrectly and the post installation interactions with Domayne employees have left me gob smacked.

I thought I was doing the right thing in buying an Australian made sofa + footstool from Domayne. I was wrong. After delivery problems (they 'lost' the first footstool, then tried to charge twice for it's delivery), the sofa turned out to be a complete dud. It's extremely uncomfortable as it pushes you into the middle of the seat away from the seat back. It cost more than I would normally pay for a sofa. When I called Domayne about it I got no help at all - they told me the manufacturer said that I "got what I paid for" and that was it. A very bad experience and an expensive mistake.

I purchased a Sunday bed 12 months ago for my daughter. Not only did the bed take forever to arrive but it has not lasted 12 months. The bed has faded on one end and the slats keep falling off as the bar holding it on moves around. Of course Domayne wouldn't do anything about it even, they just kept palming me off and finally told me these things weren't covered under warranty. Don't be fooled into buying the cheaper version. We have since bought an Incy Interiors bed and the quality is worlds apart.

We purchased a number of items for our home there. Most good. One product was a risk as it was a clearance items that was previously on display. It had no warranty, and we regret that, as we needed it. All the the other products have been great.
Service was fairly helpful depending on who you spoke to.
