Bought a new bed, got a great price, good service delivered on time.
Heard about Domayne on the Alan Jones show while going for a country drive and had been looking for a particular type of queen bed for sometime and wanted one that's a bit more showy.
Went into those other Snooze shops etc, but honestly their stock looked a bit low brow, I was hoping to pick up a discount basically, a better quality bed at a similar price.
I believe the sales assistant was Cameron C it says on the receipt.
Order placed on 01 February and bed delivered on April 15, within the time frame they told me.

From the moment i walked into the lounge section i was greeted by a beautiful girl named Dani who was patient with me for almost 2 hours while i was deciding and undeciding on a lounge
very helpful and thorough with her ideas and opinion.
Very well mannered and friendly too.
The delivery guys Mohamed and Abdul were fantastic, on time with delivery very helpful removing my old heavy couch outside and arranging and unpackaging my new lounge

Terrible customer service!
Wrong colour bed delivered and it was damaged! No response from customer service for 3 days after contact regarding issue. The staffs are not professional! Extremely disappointed withe quality of the product and service given after purchase was made.
Horrible service rude salesman
Salesman Adam was grumpy when I didn’t buy the product care and brushed me off after he walked me to the till. Horrible experience. No customer service. Needs a wake up call
Bought a 3seater and 2seater Wiltshire hand made leather lounges from Domayne West Gosford at a cost of $4700 .
Three and a half years later the leather has disintegrated on the three seater lounge through normal use, and using the Guardsman leather care kit with a 5 year Product Warranty, as instructed.
Tried to claim the warranty through Domayne and the Guardsman Product Warranty.
Domayne sent out a company called The Leather Doctor to inspect and report, to which he blamed Body oils had caused the damage.

Went to Domayne Springvale store to pick up an egg chair and was served by Kate Miller. Had an absolutely fantastic customer service experience at the store. Kate was super helpful, she answered all my questions. Explained and assisted me on disasemble my egg chair so that I can transport it home. She later voluntarily gather together the full set of parts for me to pick up (as the furniture purchased was one of display products). Kate, thank you once again and will definitely visit Domayne again soon.
$4000 outdoor table that cant be outside
Outdoor table ruined by rain and sun - after 4 months the black table had white marks all over it and was originally replaced - 4 months later the same thing happened again even after I made every effort to use the wax supplied. Im now told it was my fault that the table cant last outside and no refund given.

False promises and terrible service
Ordered a couch here in early January. I was promised by the sales consultant I would DEFINITELY get it in the first week of March. I told her it was going to be a deal breaker if they can't meet that deadline, and I would only go ahead with the purchase if it was definite. No problem, she says. I've confirmed it with the supplier, she says.
Now they tell me it's going to be A MONTH LATER THAN THAT.
A couple of weeks before the deadline, I rang to check a few times, and different people would pick up the phone, quoting me different (later)...delivery dates. I asked to speak with my sales consultant but never got call backs. Confused and anxious, I tried to track down my sales consultant again, only to be told she has left the business. Now I am told to expect it A MONTH later than originally promised. I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER MONTH. And apparently the sales consultant never left any records of the promised date. Makes me think they'll tell you anything to keep a sale. I asked for a refund, but they flat out refused. The only thing they can offer is a temporary loan couch, but I am NOT able to take the extra time off work to stay home, and wait for the loan couch.

Went to the outdoor furniture clearance on Sunday at Erskine Park, greeted by friendly store people - very accommodating - we secured a 3 piece setting and they threw in pillows & an extra 10% off. Very happy - thanks !
Lying deceitful staff - COMPUTERS
More fool me. Went & purchased a laptop from Domayne Bundall some months ago and specifically asked for something with an SSD drive. So Jack convinced me to buy a Lenovo ThinkPad after I'd had myself set on an HP. Not being an expert and believing this liar I got the Lenovo. Well my new partner looked at it for me as the battery died recently, it doesn't have an SSD drive or dual drive as he promised. Its also 4gig not 8gig as promised, no wonder I've had so much trouble and frustration with it being slow. Well done Jack, you got me at a bad ti...me, trusting a salesperson whose exceptionally good at lying. Had I any idea at all, I would've taken the piece of crap back and thrown it at him. I will never buy from them again. Are there no honest salespeople left anymore?
Purchased a dining room table and chairs for our beach house. The salesman was very helpful in the Caringbah store. I was told it would be 2 weeks before delivery. After 3 weeks I contacted the store and was told David would phone me. He didn't. Four days later and many phone calls later I was told the goods were in the warehouse and had been for 5 days!!! Delivery man was extremely polite and arrived on time but my husband had to help him bring the table into the house because it was very heavy and the driver was on his own. I don't know how the driver would have managed had my husband not been available as I had a broken arm and could not assist.
Pathetic customer service
I have just walked out of Domayne at Rutherford NSW in disgust.
Upon entry a blonde lady said hello nicely & we proceeded to wander the store as we were there to possibly buy a washing machine & a laptop. Upon arriving at the store to our surprise there was actually a ride on mower out the front so that would have also been a possibility to purchase as ours is very old & outdated.
After wandering the washing machines 2 gentleman at the desk in the centre of the store were having a conversation (both Domayne workers) have not attempted to come...
Do not let them pressure you into signing with Optus
Do not let them pressure you into signing up with Optus mobile. I went there to buy some shaver spray and nearly got roped into purchasing a new phone and signing up under a new plan with Optus right on the spot. The person that served me was Elijah. Extremely pushy, and extremely arrogant. I tried to politely say no thank you but he kept pushing me to sign right there and then. I managed to leave the store, although a bit shaken by the experience. That is not acceptable salesmanship. It's not a good reflection on the store when you have salespeople trying to pressure you into purchasing something.
The Delivery driver refused to bring my bed into the house until he had the money and I asked for the mattress to be turned over which he did not do and he left a mat half under the bed which was too heavy to pull out. He was arrogant, most unpleasant and I would never use their Service again. The Manager of the Bedding Dept was very helpful and pleasant and it was spoilt by the delivery people they use.
Dont buy extra warranty on your MacBook
Pretty unsatisfied with the sales team. They uphold me a few years extra warrant on my MacBook when you automatically get 3 years warranty under the consumer law anyway (if something is broken). You can replace the laptop with domayne warranty but the only reason I would need to replace it is if the laptop breaks which they always seem to. Anyway, dodgy and wont be buying from you again.
Terrible, deceitful service and damaged furniture
The sales representative lied to us about delivery time and it arrived weeks after we expected.
When it did arrive, it arrived damaged and customer service was not helpful or reassuring. Also the wood colour of the table did not match the chairs in the set we ordered.

Good customer service
I was pleasantly surprised at the understanding and reasonableness I received from Cathy James at the Osborne Park store recently. I had ordered a lounge suite and paid the deposit before realising that it was not going to fit into the space I needed it for. I called and explained the situation to Cathy who listened and sympathised with my situation ( a rare thing nowadays) she allowed me to use the deposit as credit to purchase other goods I needled. It was such a relief to find someone so understanding. Another staff member who was very helpful was Louise who helped carry items to my car. So if you are looking for good old fashioned customer service then you will find it at this store.
can't trust staff
Im a uni student and I went in to buy my first laptop ive owned, anyway the bloke upwelled me hundreds and hundreds of dollars on stuff that I didn't even need that I found out later, I am appalled that some people can do that given the financial circumstances of a full time uni student
