a disaster
I have purchased a leather couch, which was around $9k. At the shop, it looked fantastic, the sales person said the couch was in the showroom for a year with constant use and it showed and promised great durability. However, after receiving it after 4 months wait, and using it for about a month, it completely changed the shape, sagging everywhere, fading. The quality is just very very poor. Considering the price I think you can get much better product else where. Very disappointing.

Five Star Service
Purchased 8 new dining chairs on 'special' on the weekend. Chairs were in two large boxes loaded by the warehouse staff. Upon returning home, found only 6 chairs. Staff were very helpful in assisting me, and even the manager made the time to help me out personally. Replacement chairs at the "special" price have been ordered for me.
Just an update.
True to their word, replacement chairs have been picked up, and now I have the full set of 8 dining chairs. Thank you so much to Domayne Belrose, their ever helpful staff, and the Store Manager Mark, for his kind assistance.

NEVER shop at Domayne Belrose
Purchased a lounge for $3700 from FRANCES the manager on 3 Jan 2018 and was promised mid-Feb. Never heard anything until I called the (useless) customer service officer who then said 'the system is telling me end of march'. When I finally got Frances on the phone he made out as if I was lying about him telling me mid-Feb and then said read the receipt it says 8-10 weeks when I told him that the date he has given me was 11 weeks he then said 'it's just a guide'. Trying to cancel the lounge now. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service no apologies given - when we said we were cancelling the order his only answer was 'you think you'll find a lounge in a week'.

Absolute disgusting service
Audio and visual section, i was harassed, bullied and made to feel stupid by a few people in this section. I asked for a refund because my technician couldn’t connect my mini fetches with the code that fetch had sent him. I took them back under his advice and was told that “there was No way i would get my money back”, this person actually had his arms folded whilst telling me this !
I received a phone call after my complaint by the manager who said he would get back to me, i said that i just wanted to make him aware of what had happend ( as there was more to it), i said no it’s ok but he Insisted that he would ring me in the next couple of days, I never received one back .

Beware ordering online from South Australia
So I ordered a new computer/keyboard+mouse/computer monitor from Domayne Online on 14 Mayember hoping to give the order plenty of time to arrive before Christmas but it ended up being the most magnificent fiasco in the end. I placed the order for no small sum of money and set it to pick-up from a local store in SA; at least that was the delivery option given to me by the website. to follow up on the order because I hadn’t heard anything. They told me to call the local store where I had arranged for pick-up which I did but they had no record of the order. I contacted Domayne Online again via chat and they could find no record of the order. I’m freaking out by this point and check my bank statements which show the money was taken by Domayne. The guy I spoke with on chat advised he would get someone to investigate the next day as it was after hours at the time. I didn’t want to wait so I called Domayne again the following day, still no record of my order but they promised someone would call me back. Someone actually did call me back that afternoon and they discovered that the order was not processed because they don’t allow for pick-up on orders to South Australia. Why then was it given as an option on the website when I was placing the order? So they tell me they are going to refund the money and then they say that I have to place the order again for postage, not pick-up. This is not convenient for me with my work hours and I can’t get a computer delivered to my workplace. By this point it was late November. There was no apology AT ALL for wasting my time, for letting my order sit there unfulfilled for almost two weeks, for falsely advertising a service they had no intention of fulfilling. So I got the refund and I was tempted to just order from someplace else but the items I wanted were now reduced and even cheaper than when I first tried to order so I thought I’d give it another try and this time I order the same items from Domayne to be posted to me. What are the chances they can stuff up the order twice in a row? The website promises 3-5 days for express postage. As soon as the order is processed, I get an email explaining there is a delay with one of the items, the computer, in the order so it will take up to 14 days. That was annoying because if my original order has been processed on time, I might not have needed to wait for more stock to arrive for them to fulfil orders again. So two weeks come and go. I called again to check on the order because based on my experience so far I wasn’t even sure they were going to process this one either. I’m told the stock will be coming in around 13-15 December, longer than estimated, and then they will be able to post my order out. On 14 December I got a frantic phonecall from a Domayne store in Canberra apologising (finally, an apology!) for the long wait but I was going to have to wait a bit more because the new stock had come in but it had all been sold quickly and they forgot to set one computer aside for my order. THEY FORGOT. They ended up tracking down a computer FINALLY from another store and FINALLY they get ready to send it all off. Via StarTrack. As soon as they told me it was going via StarTrack my stomach dropped because if you want to know how great their service is just go and read reviews for StarTrack and yes my experience trying to get my package off of them was horrendous but that’s a story for another review. I had to keep calling and emailing Domayne Online trying to get hold of a tracking number because my order was being sent in two separate parcels and I had only being given one tracking number. Its about a week to Christmas at this point and I’m freaking out worrying they wont arrive in time to be a gift. They did eventually give me both tracking numbers and the parcels finally arrived 20th December but by god the whole experience was so stressful and took a lot of work/follow-up on my part to ensure they actually fulfilled the order because on two separate occasions they FORGOT about my order. In the end it took more than a month, almost 5 weeks, to receive my computer. They sent me an email apologising and they threw in a free 16GB USB with my order to say sorry but honestly, I will not order from Domayne Online again because this is just plain sloppy work. Its like they not only don’t know how to run an online store, but they don’t even know what an online store IS. Its like someone described what good customer service and an online store is to them down the phone one day and they were like “Derp, let me try!” On two occasions they just let my order sit there unfulfilled but were happy to take my money. Disappointed with Domayne!!!
Don't trust Domayne employees when it comes to using 'FlexiRent' service. They are very pushy and I believe they lair to you, jump on the 'FlexiRent' review site to see all the customers that have been lair to by Domayne employees and now locked into contacts with 'FlexiRent'. It's very sad that Domayne support the FlexiRent business knowing that it's giant rip-off.
I know strongly encourage Domayne to STOP supporting the 'FlexiRent service!!

terrible experience
I ordered the dining table and chairs in store, and received them by domayne shipping (which charges $99).
There were 2 screws missing when I received the product and I can't assemble it.
I called the salesman, contacted them online, they replied that would contact me within 24 hours.
BUT it lasted 3 days already, nobody contacts me ! no one tried to help me solve the problem.
The dining table still lying on the floor and waiting for me to assemble it.
I tried to buy the screws myself in bunnings, and could not find any suitable one!!!!!!!!!
What *** terrible service ! and I would never buy from Domayne again!!!!

Another Domayne experience
We found a good price for a Miele C3 online, Domayne Belrose agreed to price match, all good, my husband pays picks it up and gets home. Then my daughter was opening it up to use it. Notices that they have supplied him with the C2 at least $100 less and charged him for the more expensive one. Heads back up to Belrose and scores an unpleasant saleswoman who then asks has it been used, no, its only an hour from the purchase, and then trek over to the warehouse to pick a replacement up, no wonder its called "hardly normal" the service there was less than normal!

Never again.
Had the dumbest conversation with a young obviously inexperienced "assistant" I have ever had in my 70 years on the planet. I wanted to buy a charging dock/cradle for my Iphone. I found what I thought would be suitable and asked the assistant if he could open the packet so I could make sure it was suitable for my phone, He said no because it was sealed. However it would be alright if I bought it and it wasn't suitable I could get a refund. I replied "what's the difference you are still going to have an open packet" and it would save me the trip back if you could open the packet now. After five minutes of this inane conversation I gave up, walked out never to return.

Wrong info by sales rep to sell product care
Purchased an expensive tablet at the west gosford domayne branch back in 2013. Sales rep pushed hard to get me to buy the product care for 3 yrs, saying it is on top of the included warranty. That was wrong information for that year as the product care started to kick in after the included warranty only from sometime in 2014. So obviously when I approached product care for my device they said the 3 yrs was including the 1 yr that comes on the tablet and so my tablet couldn't be repaired.

When we need something electrical or whatever, we go to Harvey Norman (who own Domayne, I believe), Bin Lee and others but always end up back at Domayne. Customer Service
Thorough customer service in store whilst considering purchase of car camera. Staff went out of their way to answer queries, even positioning car camera and measuring length of cord in my vehicle. Placed an order for 2, with one having to come from a nearby store. After no phone call from store informing me of delivery, I phoned them. No one would pick up the phone in that department, transferred elsewhere and rep promised dept would ring back. After sitting by the phone for an hour, I rang store on their initial contact number. Still waiting for someone to pick up the phone, after listening to their customer service message, for 35 minutes.

I shopped at domayne auburn today. I bought a new mattress and all my linen for 4 bedrooms. I met a lovely lady and her name is isabelle. What a perfect sales professionals. Domayne Alexandria v arrogant salesperson
[name removed] the salesperson gave very poor customer service, was very arrogant wouldn't give us the best price domayne can offer for the items we were interested in unless we committed to buying that day then implied us and other builders of wasting their time and using the domayne display, guess what we are taking our business elsewhere, I can't believe this is the way customers are treated these days. Avoid domayne [name removed] at all cost.

My husband and I purchased a Sony TV today at Domayne Kotara branch. I must thank Desi for his exceptional service he was so polite and professional it's a credit to him, you don't often see that type of service anymore and it's great to see he values his customers. No Customer Service-Beware
Purchased Villaroy and Boch Sentique toilet suite in January 2012 which has a ten year warranty. Soft close function failed so I contacted Domayne through their customer service to claim warranty. I was directed to an employee at Alexandria who told me that the warranty had expired and I even got an email to tell me that my case was completed. ey were happy to honor the warranty and a new toilet seat arrived within two days. Unfortunately Domayne has failed me again. They even had the hide to send me a customer satisfaction survey. Last year Domayne Taren Point let me down severely. Briefly, I purchased a Sealy king size bed from Domayne Caringbah in January 2016. Had trouble with delivery men when they damaged one single base and the king mattress during installation because they were upset they were not told about removing the old bed. After prolonged consultation with Domayne, they replaced the base and mattress. However the Sealy mattress has very poor quality and has major faults including a ridge which has formed down the middle of the mattress. Think twice before dealing with Domayne.Similar opinion? Cheating about features of bedding
After moved in our new house, I decide to change our beds, when two queen size beds were delivered to house, bed-bases were not able to moved to bedroom upstair, due to narrow space of staircase. I picked up two pieces of LUCCI QUN MEGA (dept code 057), chose color.and went to cashier, when lady issued invoice (sales of agreement?), I asked her to write in my requirement and she gently told me that computer setting was not allowed her to do any extra write, but trust her, base are reassemble. After 12 weeks waiting, the beds was delivered to my house and base was not reassemble and can not be taken to upstairs, when we went back Domayne at Auburn, they told us they never been told by us about preliminary condition, and pointed up the assembled bed which just next to the bed i bought.
