Firstly the building team at Escape build a quality house, well finished, great house designs and they matched the right house for the block. Through out the design set up they were flexible and helpful and they communicated very well through the whole build. This is the second rental property I have build with Escape and wouldn't hesitate going through them again.

We are very happy with the complete process from initial meeting with Dean who was very helpful and knowledgeable helping us achieve a great design to suit our block all the way through to handover we were updated weekly by Stephanie and if we had any questions she would always respond and be very helpful.
Overall great experience and the build is quaility standard thanks to construction supervisor Anthony, everytime we drove past to have a look at progress the site was clean and organized.

My first home with escape homes. Shane was amazing along with Stephanie who kept me updated weekly throughout the build and Vince my supervisor who worked hard to get our home ready and fixed any defects noticed straight away. Highly recommend escape homes especially if it is your first home as it was mine. It was quick and easy with zero stress. They were easily contactable throughout and went out of their way to make it as easy for me as possible which is much appreciated. They communicate well together and are very organised. It was a daunting experience made simple with Escape Homes and H&L Victoria. We were communicated with right through by Pete and Stephanie and had a really experienced supervisor which makes all the difference. He didn't rush everything to finish it as fast as he can, he did it properly which is what we wanted. We've had a builder friend check it out, and apart for some small things to be fixed up as normal he said it's a good result so we are wrapped. Thanks to everyone involved!

My husband and I built our first home with Shane from Escape Homes. Can't reccommend Shane or Escape homes highly enough. It was quick, easy and simple for a first home buyer. Shane (and Stephanie) were always happy to help with questions, always quick to reply and ALWAYS went out of their way to make it the best experience possible for us. As with any new build there were a few things that needed fixing up after we moved in, and Shane's made sure they're getting done. Would build with them again 110%.

Escape Homes built for my sister a couple of years ago, and I was so impressed with their work for her, that when we built our home, we knew we would build with them. We came to Escape with our own designs as our block required a custom build and they were so helpful throughout the process. We dealt with Dean throughout the process, Mariese in the office and Anthony was our building supervisor, and they were terrific - understanding, supportive and obliging! We have now been in the home for almost 2 months, and anytime we've called with a question, they continue to be just as helpful. It was a first time investment property building experience for my wife and I and although our completion was 18 months behind where we originally intended to be, the completed product has been an excellent result.

We initially went with Dean from My Complete Package / Escape Homes because of the full turn key product and the price represented excellent value for money. Our delays were largely due to problems with the land developer, sadly putting a small inflated price on the original build. However, once construction started we had a breezy, untroubled build in a really sharp time frame, with thanks to Anthony our site manager.

We strongly recommend the Escape Homes team and will look to use them again in future.

The house was finished on time. The on-site project manager gave us regular update with photos together with the client relationship manager. The response was always on time and with a solution or action if there's a question or problem, which results in a good finish. The cost is also very competitive. We are very happy with the company. If we have another project, it's very likely for us to go back to them.

Being from Interstate, the process was smooth with no issue, full turnkey built to rent, all inclusive of landscaping, letterbox, clothesline, curtain, heating and cooling, tile and carpets to all room. The project was well managed and delivered on time. They designed the floorplan for a narrow block with functional two living areas and for Victoria Tenant market, was tenanted shortly after built was finished.
