My In store purchase was made easy with staff ready to be of assistance as soon as I entered the store....thus it only took approximately ten minutes to select & pay for my selected item.

I went in store to view my products and decided to buy most of them online as I wanted to do the after pay option they then got my order ready for pick up instantly it was a very easy simple transaction the staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about.

I purchased in store, the customer service was fantastic and very kind and helpful. The item I purchased was a rug, great quality and very affordable. The kind worker even offered to carry it to my car for me

Was sold product of incorrect colour, called the store to advise. They advised no truck available for 3 days, but arranged for the manager to personally deliver/swap the same afternoon. Great recovery FF!

I purchased a bed from Fantastic furniture 5 months ago online and got it delivered. It was easy to navigate my way around the online shop and the shop was flexible with their delivery times. I wouldn't have been able to get this bed if they didn't have afterpay so that's a bonus

The quality of the tallboy is really good, it is very sturdy and obviously will last unlike the Ikea tallboy that had the bottom drop out of the draws. Very easy online shopping and easy click and collect! Love shopping here.
