I have made in store purchase at Helensvale Qld and online. Both experiences were a pleasure and easy. The staff were friendly, ready to assist. I was also contacted by Michael who served me when they noticed I had also done online and has helped assist with further assembly, delivery date and to make sure everything ordered is put together on the 1 order.

One of the best customer service experience I have had. Very helpful and patient with me was the staff member Peter. Great product range too.

Purchasing online was a breeze, I'd been looking for the exact bed I purchased for quite a while, to my surprise not only was it affordable, but the delivery was too, they also offered the product in multiple colours!

I ordered online without seeing the product in person. However with the help from online chat and a phone call to the local store I felt confident in my order. They were very helpful and kind and i felt confident that the 2x mattresses and single beds I was ordering for my young kids would be suitable. I've never ordered with fantastic let alone ordering online but I have to say it was such a easy straight forward experience. I have not yet collected my order but hoping the product is just as 'Fantastic' as my online shopping experience. Thank you!

Instore purchase was good .staff very helpful delivery drivers very good unpacked the lounge for me and where very polite and also on time witch was great.

Searched online for weeks then shopped 8 stores in one day - all the while saying we should just go to fantastic and be done with it and sure enough - in, bought and on the way home with it in half an hour - love it!!!
