absolutely perfect 10 out of 10 for the lady in the shop and thanks for letting my wife change chairs, and the lady and gentleman that delivered it to my house on sat morning at highbury couldnt have asked for better

checked out two showrooms before decision, then purchased at my local store .... not 100% what I was looking for but extremely happy with the dining table, chairs suit the purpose .....

look at online first and view at the store.. it was the same look as I imagine while looking at online and on physical in store. staff was very helpful and accommodating, i love the experience should recommend to many people.

Happy with all aspects of fantastic furniture especially the in store service and selection of fabrics for couches I needed for my cafe and the customer service was outstanding! I’ll definitely recommend them to all my friends

Satisfied with the staff & helpfulness. Assembly was easy apart from 3 slats which can not be put into the holes of the bed frame as 3 of the plastic knobs bend

Staff were friendly and helpful but gave us space to browse at our own pace. The Venice 2 seater lounge was packed conveniently and super easy to assemble. Great value for money at only $699

The Stash Clothes Rack is excellent quality and good value at $35. It was easy to assemble and holds a good amount of clothes. Thank you Windsor Gardens for your good friendly service.

walked in and all the staff were sitting of the furniture on their phones. It was a mad scramble to get off what they were sitting on and their phones. Then it took about 15 mins before anyone came up and asked if i need help. did not know much about the product and if it was available. Then just stood there watching you while i was looking at the product. that was very uncomfortable. when i asked a question about the product the staff member had to walk away to find out about it

Purchased a queen bed package, service on the floor was great, he knew the products in store, the price was great and picking it up from the storage warehouse they could not have been quicker as well. A great customer experience all round. Will definitely be back to buy again. Grear team

Fantastic Furniture certainly lives up to its name! We were looking for a futon that could double as a lounge. The product we purchased was just what we needed... and at a good price! Customer service at Windsor Gardens was top shelf. Assistants had good product knowledge and were friendly and helpful.

The couch was reasonably priced and has great help. I was not pressured into purchasing anything offered great deal. Was given different payment options as we have just purchased a new home

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to assist us. We were welcomed as soon as we came in the store, and shown the products we wanted to see, as well as offered other similar options. They also went out of their way so that we could have our bed delivered the next day.

Store floor had many options and able to see the fabrics on wall and on products made decision making easy and seemless. I really value good customer service and felt i recieved it here in store and online

The staff were great they packed the car for us wuth our item abd were fast at it also, very lovely customer service, the slim boy had a little damage to one side but it was only a small ding in a corner as we took it out the box.

Loved the items and they were very cheap comparatively. Friendly staff but not all items were available and had 3 week lead time. Overall really loved the experience. Delivery availability is a real plus
