Will never ever use fastway for anything the worst service ever
Fastway are not fast very bad service now don’t know where item is 2.5 hrs from pickup to destination has now been a week and have been told to not expect for another week item from WLD TO QLD but went to Melbourne and supposedly on its way back bunch of morons running this show
Been 3 months and no package
I ordered through big w 3 months ago and it still says in transit. Spent over $500 and no idea if my items will even arrive. Will never order anything if this company ate the delivery option.

Absolute garbage
Placed an order on bigw which was shipped on the 1st of October, fast forward two weeks and the next update was that a delivery was made (it was not we were home) I then thought that maybe the parcel would end up at our local post office like it usually does... It didn't who could've guessed!?
Here we are almost hree weeks from the day I ordered and still no idea where it is. The last update was that it was with the driver on the 19th, now ether the driver is still driving around trying to find my place or they lost it. It took hours to get th...

Absolutely useless freight handler. Two weeks to deliver a small package from Wollongong to Melbourne!
Ordered a spare part (the size of two matchboxes) from a Corrmial NSW warehouse to be delivered to Melbourne suburban address. The warehouse uses Fastway (now aramex) as their courier. The package was picked up from Corrmial on October 6th, and registered as being at the Wollongong regional aramex hub the same day. Even at that stage their vague delivery estimate was 14-19 October. In the end it arrived very late in the day on the 20th of October. Two weeks to get a small parcel from NSW to Melb!

Third date courier company
I can’t add anything more given all the terrible reviews. Subpar delivery attempts, no depot to self pick up. I am not buying from any merchant that uses them again. Both senders and buyers should boycott them!

destroying our property
I was home today when I heard an almighty thud against the concrete or brick wall.. I was in the loungeroom near front door...saw the driver leaving and saw my parcel on the ground... thanks for throwing our parcels around.

I don't know how this courier is still in business.
If I had of known my order from Kogan was being delivered by fastway I would never have purchased the items I needed. Everyday the ETA of my parcel is being pushed back a couple if days. My mum also purchased from another retailer and fastway being the courier, her items never arrived at all. Not impressed. Terrible service and I cringe everytime a retailer sends me a notification to say my order has been dispatched with fastway. I refuse to purchase anything online that uses this company from now on.

Disgusting service from Fastway Aramex
My purchase of a double bed has not been fully delivered, even though it was received at the Sydney depot 3 weeks ago. 1 box containing the bedhead arrived a week ago, then today another box arrived with some frames. Still missing the final box, and the “customer service” people who I have called three times, can’t guarantee when I will receive it. How can 1 order arrive in three different deliveries. How hard is it to put all three boxes on the truck for 1 delivery. Absolutely appalling. How this company is able to continue to do business amazes me.
Very annoying
I have contacted fastway four times, with change of address, they said it’s all fixed up, twice my parcel has been taken back to the depot it’s been nearly two weeks, still no parcel, you can’t call them. I will be going further with this, had enough we’re is my parcel

More of a slow-troubled-way than fast-way!!!!
The worst!
Missed the delivery and got the card, I jumped online to try re-delivery and guess what "calling card number nor label number was found". I then spent hours trying to reach the depot as the line was always busy and automatically hung up my call since 3PM, finally I got through and again it was to late for re-delivery next day, and now I'm waiting for confirmation so that I can come pick up my item which was paid for delivery but since needed during the weekend, I have no choice but to drive for an hour to pick it up.
Lesson learned for me, next online purchase if involve fastway, I will buy elsewhere to save me the headache.

Very poor service
We ship a regular number of parcels out of Central West NSW, have used Fastway / Aramex for a few years. Since the changeover to Aramex the service has slowed to a point now, we have parcels in the system that can't be accurately found or even delivery date estimated. Just "7 - 10 days" which extends and extends. We always advise our customers that their orders are being shipped by Aramex and have recently being getting comments from customers that they would not have ordered from us if they knew we used Aramex. Ridiculous service
Been nearly 6 weeks and it still has not arrived, coming from Melbourne, took a week to get to Sydney and has been sitting around for 5 weeks. Appalling business, this is the core of how they’re in business and they can’t even manage that. Don’t use it.

4 weeks and still waiting
Ordered something in Melbourne on 14th Sept, which is only 42kms away. Picked up by Snailway and taken to Melbourne depot on 15th Sept. And there it sits for 4 weeks and counting. Contacted through their website (48 hours for reply). It's over a week & no reply. Cannot ring, just answer machine. Pathetic excuse for a "Courier Service". Unfortunately had to give 1 star. The item was quite urgent, now it's just, shut up & wait to see if it arrives. I never would have placed the order if I new they used "Fastway". I have never had a good experience with these clowns. I can't believe they actually charge for this non existant service

Absolutely appalling service
Do yourself a favour and save yourself some heartache. Worst Courier company I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. If you are in business-DO NOT USE THEM. Only one of Multiple parcels for the one address not delivered, parcels lost or damaged, the list goes on.

Parcel goes to depot, never leaves
Ordered through Amazon - Sydney seller to Sydney address. It took them 8 days just to get the parcel to their depot in Chullora. Since then - nothing another 8 days. This was for an item that I had filtered so I saw only next day delivery results. From the other reviews here it looks like Chullora might just be a landfill site rather than a Courier depot. They have rebranded as Aramex - I don't care - I will in future demand an immediate order cancellation if I see either company involved with my delivery.
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE HOW IS THIS SERVICE LEGAL
I ordered a table on August 11th, and only received half its parts. I’ve contacted their “customer service” multiple times to track the other half of my parcel/ask for an estimated arrival date, only to get promises of “further investigations” with ZERO follow-ups. Tried calling them as well, only to be put on hold for 2 hours and then disconnected. It’s now 2 MONTHS later, and my package is still “at the depot” apparently. I’ve got random table parts lying around my apartment waiting for assembly, and at this point I just want to return everything. Cant wait to have them comment on my review with another “I’m so sorry, please contact our *USELESS chat line”. What a JOKE, I’d sue if I could.
Worst Courier Service available
It has been 27 days since my order and there is still no indication of the delivery arriving anytime soon. Where there is supposed to be an expected delivery date, it simply reads "delayed" and has been that way for very long even though it was a domestic delivery. If I could rate it 0 stars I would, and I totally recommend avoiding them if possible.
Left a parcel on top of my plants instead of on the table right next to them????
Fastway delivered a parcel on my ground floor balcony by reaching over and dropping it on top of my pot plants, crushing the plants. There was an empty pot right next to that one they could have left it in, or there's a table on the other side as well! God knows why they decided to leave it there and damage my plants totally unnecessarily
Very Bad Customer Service
I can understand the delays because of problems whole world have because of the Covid but I cannot understand lack of customer service and not capable representatives which needed to help. Very bad service in Australia and you need to take care of this. So disappointed.

Fastway were once amazing, now hopeless.
Fastway (now rebranded Aramex) has deteriorated into the slowest courier service in Australia. I strongly suggest you look for an alternative parcel service in Australia. I have had a parcel picked up by them on 1/10/2021, it is now 10/10/2021 and my parcel tracking has not even listed my parcel as IN TRANSIT, 10 days and it has not even reached first base. What a disaster.

Parcel is located in Sydney, for delivery in Sydney. 5 days in processing facility, and still not delivered. How can a company be called Fastway, when its the slowest form of delivery I have ever had.

Delivery
Had an ebay parcel delivered. Saw courier walk past window. He did not ring doorbell just left parcel on doorstep. I realise they are busy but they should at least ring the doorbell and see if someone answers before leaving parcel. Too many parcels stolen nowadays.

Worst of the worst unworthy of a star
From the 27th September was in Sydney depot waiting to be delivered it is now 9th of October and I have still not received my parcel, they said they were going to deliver on the 5th of October. I placed an order for the part on the 20th of September. I will never order anything if they are going to deal with these disgraceful couriers, I have waited days at home just waiting for them to turn up. Shocking they shouldn’t he in the business if they cannot deliver when they say so.
Crap Company - Fastway is Neverway Cause They Never Pick Up The Booking.
Worst company. 8 days and still no one come to pick up my booking. Had the customer cancel due to this company not picking up the product. 8 days have pasted and still the boxes are outside. They said they "Tried" to pick it up and no one was home.. It is a lie. I never left home cause of covid.
