7 days to deliver from Melbourne to Adelaide & it’s still not delivered!!
I have been awaiting a parcel to be delivered from Melbourne to Adelaide with Fastway Couriers. When I check the delivery status on the app, it states in transit (from Melbourne) 11:11am on 23/11/2021. It arrived in Australia from overseas on 22/11/2021, after being originally sent on 18/11/2021.
Today is 30/11/2021 & still no sign of a delivery, even after calling Fastway Couriers in Sydney (head office, apparently).
All they kept saying during the call is it’s in transit, yeah from Melbourne via Mars & Uranus
They are using covid as the excuse, saying it may not be delivered until 23 December 2021 !!!!
The worst of the worst
Lying dishonest crooks.
They mislabeled my package and as such delivered my item to the wrong address.
The photo they took of proof of delivery identified the mis labelling and yet they still denied responsibility.
My advise is avoid at all cost.

Unfortunately Amazon uses them. Their notifications system is nonsense - "unable to deliver: more information required". They have every scrap of information required to deliver. They use a remote call centre in the Philippines with contractors using poor quality VOIP connections. Then got an email message that they had delivered but I still couldn't find package anywhere. Phoned the Philippines again.... they eventually gave me a number for the driver. When I called, no answer so I left a message. When he finally got back he said "This is 'na...

I asked where the package was he said " I put it in a garage" (the block has ten garages) "I asked why he didn't walk up two stairs and deliver it to me door, he said " I didn't want to, it was raining" ????????? Aramex/Fastway clearly do care about their appalling reputation... so I will deal with the companies that do. I will refuse to purchase any product that is delivered by Aramex/Fastway- 10 reviews

Terrible
Have received a few Amazon orders via Fastway/Aramex and some "deliveries" have been mind-blowningly bad. Once delivered to the wrong address - luckily whoever they gave it to was kind enough to drop it at my place in the end. Another Amazon order had the "your parcel is arriving today" message every day for four consecutive days before eventually being delivered: clearly they couldn't be bothered to actually deliver it on the first three days.

Read moreound. Several hours later a neighbour found it: the delivery person just left it in a random part of the apartment block, nowhere near my flat. Clearly they couldn’t be bothered to find my flat and just left it anywhere. Beyond clueless. Abysmal.

Worst courier in Australia, 1 star is too generous
Reliably late, hopeless tracking & terrible customer service when making Enquiries into the whereabouts of parcels.
I’m utterly amazed that they are still in business.
Continually blaming COVID for delays, but I buy a reasonable amount of products online & hardly have any trouble with other companies.
I’m actually reluctant to shop online with a seller that uses fastway.
The name is not what it is, it's slow... :-(
I had been buying from different online stores. Every time I've got a tracking number that says fast courier I was delighted cause it says fast but to my disappointment my parcel from them arrives late :-(

I am a regular sender with a small business, via Sendle whom Fastway is partnered with. Usually I select for the courier to pick up the parcels from my house, however the regular courier workers are absolutely heinous. Their attitude is always unpleasant and makes the sender feel like they're disturbing their day. They make unnecessary comments on parcels that may JUST reach the weight capacity. My experience with Fastway is generally unpleasant but because I cannot select which couriers pick up the parcels, I am forced to deal with their unpleasantries.

Deficient in EVERY way. Horrible 3 times now
No address or name of receiver on slip. We have a multi personal business, we didn’t know who the collectables were for. Terrible company with no idea or customer service.
If no stars was an option, this would be a no star review.
The worst postage experience I have ever had. Cannot follow instructions. Not helpful. They refused to deliver based on instructions I provided them, and they agreed to in writing multiple times. Promise they will follow a delivery instruction, and then dont. Then threaten to send your package back if you dont pay extra money to have delivery done again. I called & went on online chat for help, they refused to do anything. I asked to speak to a manger I was told ‘no’ multiple times. Rude staff, no customer service skills.

Fastway should have changed their name to SLOW AS COURIERS
Its been with Aramex /Fastway for a while now . Tracking a parcel is no good when its not scanned operators are useless the whole company is useless. When I buy online my message to the seller is NOT TO USE FASTWAY. But once again seller not reading message, or so they say. Fastway must be offering a cheap rate other wise why would you use them. It would have been quicker for me to drive to collect my package from 3 hr away. I really wish this company would go bankrupt .
Aramex / Fastway --- Needs More Than A Namechange!
Every time I buy online and the seller chooses to use Fastway - I don't get delivery when promised. Furthermore, their tracking site is absolutely useless.
Today was supposed to be the 'latest' date for a delivery (an expensive item) from Amazon Prime. But, as has happened before, no delivery and the Fastway site just says the item was scanned into Sydney a few days ago.
My direct complaints to Aramex Fastway have no reply and even Amazon says (words to the effect of) 'sorry but shxt happens'.

This company is in breach of ACCC laws:
It is illegal for a business to accept payment for products or services they do not intend to supply.for this company to they know, or should have known, they would not be able to supply the products or services within the timeframe indicated or if no timeframe was provided, within a reasonable time.
Lodge a complaint with the ACCC as they are destroying small business enterprises taking their stock knowing they cant deliver the product.

Very slow service | Name should be Slowestway
I ordered a package through Ally to be delivered from Melbourne to Cairns for collection in store. Due to them using Fastway the delivery is going to take well over a week to arrive. I ordered other online items delivered through Australia Post and they were with me in 3 days from the same location. Every delivery with Fastway either takes time or I have to go and collect from the depot as they do not call when delivering for me to run down (I live in a unit complex). When I know they are the courier my heart always sinks.
Worst courier service
I don't want to give it any stars every time somebody Sands through Fastway it takes at least 3 weeks and you cannot contact them live chat does not work her there in business of got no idea people please stick with Australia Post
Horrible service
Always leave a card and never deliver to the door. I always have to go and pick up my parcel for myself. Even if I'm home with the front door open. I live in Brisbane so there is absolutely no reason why delivery is not possible. Very slow, unreliable and would NOT recommend.

What a rubbish service
The item sent by Fastway courier is nowhere. the tracking just says that the item has been collected from the sender then nothing. Looks like a scam or a bogus company.
Avoid them at any costs
Whatever you do, go elsewhere. Waited 10 days for them to collect, despite multiple follow ups, they never showed up. Gave up and cancelled, sent it through another carrier who actually managed to show up. I know "showing up" is setting the bar pretty low, but not low enough for fastways apparently

Once again they wont delivery my parcel say i have to go and pick it up from depot. Its is a 50km round trip for me they deliver to my area just too lazy to do it, i have paid for delivery when I purchased.

Item arrived overnight - way ahead of expectations
I was worried about getting an urgent delivery based on the reviews here, but my item arrived within about 30 hours from ordering an item from woollongong to sydney. excellent!

Fastaway worst courier service ever....!!
Have been waiting 4 weeks from day of ordering a bird cage from MyDeal which was dispatched from Melbourne to Sydney unfortunately they use Fastaway for their deliveries every update from Fastaway was the same "in transit " My order had been sitting in their Sydney facility for almost 4 weeks with no attempt at all to deliver at all when l contacted them about my order & complained l got a new update a day after "your order returned to supplier" with no reason or explanation at all this is a pathetic courier company & l know I'm not the only one who has had dodgy service from them.

Best 'reception' ever
Fastway couriers might have been bought out by Aramex.. but the service hasn't changed.
"Your parcel has been received at 'Sydney' depot" — 5 days ago. They must be giving it a fine reception, for it hasn't wanted to leave yet. It better have sobered up by the time it gets to me or I'm going to be super jealous.
Seriously though, either their tracking system is really really bad, or some deadly disease has decimated the depot's delivery dudes.

Fastway
Ordered an item on Ebay, had no choice with courier turned out to be Fastway. We live in Tully, item went to Cairns 150 kms away. Wouldn't deliver to Tully Post Office as they don't accept deliveries from Fastway so why is the Post Office stopping us from ordering items on line so now look at it this way, we have no rural delivery and now we can't get anything delivered to our Post office box unless it comes through Australia Post so who does the Post office think they are. I will think twice before ordering anything on line or go and get it myself

fastway is much better than XL Express
XL EXPRESS is a worst ONE. I was questioning why my parcel wasn't delivered. Then they were deliberately delaying your parcel arrival as long as you shut up: don't make noise!
Will never ever use fastway for anything the worst service ever
Fastway are not fast very bad service now don’t know where item is 2.5 hrs from pickup to destination has now been a week and have been told to not expect for another week item from WLD TO QLD but went to Melbourne and supposedly on its way back bunch of morons running this show
Been 3 months and no package
I ordered through big w 3 months ago and it still says in transit. Spent over $500 and no idea if my items will even arrive. Will never order anything if this company ate the delivery option.
