As first time Investors with Firstyle Homes we have nothing but praise. The build has been an easy process and we found everyone very professional, from their Construction Manager Daniel, Rebecca the Colour Consultant, through to the Building Site Supervisor Dane.
Any requests were acknowledged and managed promptly.

I highly recommend Firstyle Homes as a builder! The consultants are very professional and very helpful. It is easy to build your dream home with Firstyle as every person you work with in every step of the way really do know their stuff. Our internal costumer consultant Yvonne Russell did an amazing job in guiding and helping us out with our internal selection, it was lovely working with her. Our home construction supervisor Denis Malisano did an amazing job as well, he made sure that our home was being built the way that we want it to be. We truly believe that all the projets that Denis is handling are in good hands.
We are very much happy with the end product and do believe that we made the right choice when we chose Firstyle Homes.

The management of the build was fantastic and the quality of our home is amazing. The service we received from Adriana and our supervisor David was exceptional. The responses were fast and if we had a problem or issue this was resolved quickly. From the day i walked in and spoke with Ken at Emerald Hills i knew i was in great hands. Ken was fantastic, so helpful, knowledgeable and offered great advice right from the start. Yvonne amazing and also helpful (and patient) when it came time to choose my internals - she really knows her stuff! The construction team, Brad, Kevin and Belinda were just incredible nothing was ever a problem and any issues i had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Received regular updates on the progress of my home. Excellent Firstyle team would highly recommend Firstyle to anyone their professionalism and quality is outstanding. The entire building process was easy and enjoyable. I love my new home!!! :)

First Home Buyer going through the build process. It was slightly confusing at times but Jodie from First Style made the process very easy to understand. She also helped me find a perfect block of land after a small mishap at a different lot. This is prior to construction but so far there have been no problems.

Building our first home we had no idea where to start or what to do, Jodie at the spring farm display home was so patient and took her time explaining everything for us, Jodie made the whole experience very easy, we couldn’t be happier, Can’t wait for it be finished!

We have only just signed the contract and selected our colours and electrical. We are now waiting for the DA. The Craig and Eden at the Oran Park Display Centre and the selection staff at PGH & Firstyle have be very helpful. We are really looking forward to getting our house underway. The display home is beautiful and we believe that ours will be even nicer with the modifications and colour choices we have made.

Where do I start?! Firstyle have been absolutely amazing in our pre-construction process. In particular, Ken from Emerald Hills display centre. He was a big part of the reason why we went with Firstyle. He was very open and transparent about the process. As it's our first time building, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing but Ken always gave us great advice and made sure we understood everything. All of the staff we dealt with were always very responsive in email if we had a question which is something we valued a lot in this process. We are so excited to continue to build our dream home!

We haven’t started our build yet but so far our service from Craig at Oran Park has been amazing! From the day we met with Craig and discussed what we were wanting with our Riverside nothing was an issue. We wanted changes made to the house and he sat and went over everything with us making sure we were happy before proceeding. He always has time for his customers that are walking through the display office, even when already with clients. Craig and Eden have been great to deal with from the very start. We can’t wait to build our new home!
