I purchased 2 recliners which had been discontinued and a 2 seater lounge and didn’t get any discount
then paid to have them Delivered which the drivers just dropped off and ran away
The 2seater was the wrong colour and had to be replaced
When I told the shop assistant about the drivers she said they don’t set up furniture
I am a single woman living alone
No help whatsoever to set them up nothing
Very disappointed as My purchase a $2100 sale

I found my new lounge, Baxter, online and was excited to discover a Focus on Furniture just an hour away. I went to visit Baxter in-store and discovered he was on sale. Score! I knew he was going to become mine. I went back a week later and made my purchase. The floor staff were very helpful and the delivery guys were happy to be flexible and accommodate my delivery even though it was a different day to the day they usually come to my town. Once I had assembled him Baxter and I have been very happy together ;)

In store and the purchasing process was smooth and easy. Bit sad that the exact lounge went on sale (250 less) after 2 weeks but it is what it is. The chaise itself is amazing. My extended family of 5 can comfortably watch a movie together on the montana chaise.

We recently purchased a bunch of new furniture and a bed bedroom suite. This is our 4th major purchase from Focus and, once again the service, quality and experience were fantastic. Really happy with it, the bed is so comfortable. I send friends there all the time and I will continue to do so.

The ladies are fantastic at focus on furniture, even with my indecisiveness nothing was too much trouble, our couch was delivered earlier then expected which was even better and it was just such a wonderful experience, I was kept informed the whole way through the process will be shopping with them more often now

We purchased our couch in store, it was a discontinued model so we had to wait a little while for it which was fine. The couch arrived with the corner section damaged and Focus was great in sourcing a new corner section and replacing it.

Searched and viewed details of the lounge online. To really make sure we were happy with the product we went to the Fyshwick Store (ACT) to see if the lounge was as good in person as it was online. It didn't disappoint.
