I was told when purchasing this mattress I would receive it the following Saturday. After not getting a confirmation call on the Friday I called and chased it up. Was told it would not fit on the truck and got rearranged for the Tuesday. After getting to 3pm, I called and again, chased this up then got told by the 2IC, it was in Melbourne and wouldn't be delivered until at least Wednesday. If you are needing your product, don't order from here.

Made a massive purchase at ACT store. In the end i ended up a fair trading claim and needing a lawyer. Due to Focus breaking consumer law, and not replacing an item with 10 YEARS warranty.

I ordered for delivery and assembly of furniture. They left all cardboard boxes and packing material in my front yard, refusing to take them. My experience with many other major furniture suppliers like Harvey Norman, Forty Winks and Coco Rebublic, all remove packaging when 'assembly' is included in the order and paid for delivery/assembly. Focus on Furniture is a big disappointment refusing to clear the packaging. They did not mention this at time of order and later have an excuse that the condition is in small prints in their invoice. Please be careful before ordering large furniture from this company

Friendly and efficient Canberra staff that organised delivery in Tewantin thru the Maroochdoore branch. Everything arrived as promised and even before the date given.

Great range of products.Bed suites are at very good prices.Furniture assembly was easy.Customer Service was okay.However the store was easy to navigate and I found what I needed in a matter of few minutes.

I was unable to purchase a bed because the wait time was quoted as being 6 weeks, so only purchased a sofa set. The set is beautiful and well made, however the holes for screwing the leg frames on were not exact and proved difficult to install. The staff at the Canberra store were excellent in their attitude and responsive to questioning. They were honest throughout the process and made making the decision to not go with the bed stress and hassle free.

We were looking for a new King Size bedroom suite and these guys had what we were looking for. We searched their website and found what we wanted and they had the same suite set up in their store (queen size, not king but same model), so we ended up purchasing from them. Very helpful staff in store and their prices were very competitive.

Delivery was a breeze and only a minimal amount of self assembly required. Very happy to recommend to others.

Admittedly the bedroom suite and mattress I bought from Focus on Furniture was not the most inexpensive, but it is incredibly quality especially for the price. I did a lot of research before buying the suite and mattress I did and I was so glad to come across this store. The delivery price was reasonable and was able to organise delivery at a time that suited me. Even the after purchase support was great!

We went to heaps of shops and ended up finding all the furniture almost for the whole house at focus. We love them and they were pretty easy to assemble.

I love my new lounge it really looks and feels fabulous. The staff where very friendly and helpful. I found this whole experience positive and recommend ppl consider focus on furniture.

We have bought from this store on a number of occasions now, from beds to sofas, and have been completely satisfied with the whole process each time. The quality of the products are really good, and the pricing is very comfortable. Both delivery processes were quick and easy and we were able to pick one of the products up and assemble it ourselves. Which was quick and easy to do. I would thoroughly recommend the store, and will return for more purchases soon.

The store itself is fine, the issue we have is that when new lines are added to the floor, there is NO stock in australia and you will have to wait for up to 3 months for the stock to arrive.
This is bad practice, waiting a week or 2 is one thing, but to have to wait for almost 3 months, not a good idea.

The sales assistant was very helpful - I was specifically looking for something in particular and she enabled me to find it. I actually had a great choice in the end with three different bedroom suites that suited my needs. The quality is fantastic - very solid and sturdy. Mattress super comfortable too. My dad is a carpenter and had no trouble assembling the suite on our behalf. The only downside of this sale was the delivery of it. The two men left the suite on the driveway and wouldn’t wait five minutes for a key to get in. As I was living interstate at the time, this caused some headaches and the real estate agent and her husband had to bring the furniture inside for us!

First box open and find damaged furniture, bedside table all crack at the back???? Not happy I have paid all cash $5,000 not impress.
