Was so easy to assemble, My brother and i could move it easily- Love it. Service was also good there was a little confusion on price due to sale but other then that it was super easy and smooth.

Good quality, comfort cooperative staff, competitive pricing and delivered at a reasonable price made my recent 2 seater lounge purchase a pleasure.

I purchased a lounge and dining setting in store. The staff were very helpful, knowledgable and informative. Noting was too difficult and they explained the whole delivery process.

Bought in store. The first lady we spoke to said they didn't have what were looking for and didn't seem particularly interested.So we wandered around and then found exactly what we had descibed. The second lady we spoke to was wonderful.Printed out the info for us as we were still comparing prices and agreed to match the price from another shop. Gave us contact details and said we could order over the phone later if we wanted, which we did. I thought the store was well laid out and would shop there again. Maybe the first lady was having a bad day but the 2nd lady was really good otherwise I would rate it 5.

Bought 8 dining chairs from the Kotara store this week to match in with an existing table. I'm very happy with the chairs. Focus On staff were very helpful and estimated delivery time ended up being a lot shorter than originally advised. Delivery was easy and the guys very pleasant, chairs were extremely well packaged and communication with store and delivery guys was excellent. Will definitely deal with Focus On Furniture again as it was a pleasure to shop there.

We were looking for a certain type of bar stool for our new house & found what we were looking for without too much trouble right here.

Purchased two stools from in store at Kotara, when they arrived they were damaged with paint falling off . We took them back, one employee told us ‘buy some spray paint and paint them ‘, the other lady told us that they cannot process refunds !!! It took us two weeks to get refunded from when we first took them back ! How is it that only a manager can handle refunds and then it has to also go to head office and then provide a hard copy of BSB and account number ??!! Phone calls were never returned from the “manager “
Never will we shop here again !

We bought i product from the Kotara store and staff were very helpful ensuring we had all the assistance and information we needed and also helping us to find the perfect lounge for our room at the perfect price. Delivery was fast, efficient and the whole process from start to finish was flawless.

We recently bought a bedroom suite and new mattress. The staff were very helpful and we are extremel happy with the product and price! Unfortunately the headboard of the bed had been dropped during the delivery process and it arrived damaged. I sent a photo to the store and received a replacement bed the following week.

I purchased a lounge suite that was delivered well within the timeframe supplied. The staff were very helpful and were prompt in rectifying an issue we had with the legs on the lounge (fixed within 48hours of delivery). I would certainly return to Focus on Furniture for future purchases.

Purchased a TV unit form the Kotara store. Staff were very helpful and our order arrived sooner than we expected which was great. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that my purchase didn't arrive on the agreed date... Stayed home all day waiting! Not happy! After a few calls, it was sorted and delivered the following day. Very happy with my purchase.

Our bar stools get used everyday. They are really comfy and good quality. Kid's messy finger prints wipe off easily. Very happy with the purchase. The only downside was the time it took for them to arrive in store (4 weeks). We had a small issue with some missing screws which the fabulous customer service person that took my call posted them express that day. I will go back for sure

I made my purchase at the new Kotara store. What a great addition to Newcastle's Home hub. The staff were friendly, super helpful and the furniture came before I even expected it to arrive. I love my Coby bed and it fits beautifully in the guest room!

Recently purchase a lounge suite and queen bed. Was really impressed with the styles on offer and the prices which were probably a third of similar products at Freedom. The products were delivered and assembled for me which was very convenient especially during the middle of a house move just meant one less thing to worry about doing. The staff at the store were friendly and helpful, including those I called on follow up calls. Would, and have recommended products and service to friends and family.
