Unfriendly staff. Careless ordering. I had to wait more than a month when they agreed to deliver it in two weeks. Now they are disagreeing with what they have said during ordering.

Basically our entire house is now furnished with products from Focus on Furniture. We absolutely love this store. Their products are super lovely and really good quality. The staff at the Kotara store are always amazing and super helpful. The only disappointing thing is that we've run out of space in our home so we won't be able to shop their for the next little while.

Found what I was looking for with the help of friendly staff. They helped me work with my budget and delivery requirements. The delivery staff put everything together which made moving into my new apartment a breeze! Highly recommend Kotara focus on furniture.

Although the staff were nice .... cheap and nasty furniture, no customer service from the complaints department. Bought a king bed .. broke the first night I had it . Very cheap quality buy elsewhere !!!!!!

I found one particular staff member at the store rude, aggressive and disrespectful. The store in itself was set out well but the availability of items in certain colours being out of stock made it difficult.

Our furniture is awesome.
The customer service is terrible we had to email to find out any information about our items.
We were told 3 difference delivery dates and still care after the quoted time and then made out to be a lier when asked about this hung up on by manager of store when questioning what’s going on with the delivery and given no compensation for all the stuffing around.

Love my 2 x new lounges. Staff organised delivery. Very happy with the products, quality and service received. Would definitely purchase at Focus on Furniture again.

After visiting several stores finally found the sofa that was appropriate for my house and the guys were really good in organising shipment. I thought it was easier to pay the hundred dollar delivery and get them to do it, something that was done in five minutes. Happy with my purchase everybody loves it. thank you

We decided to buy couches during the end of the financial year and we scored a great deal! Not just staff were super helpful asking any questions we have and made arrangements for them to be delivered after we went on holiday. Great!

The first time we attended the man who served us wasn’t very nice. We left and instead spent an exorbitant amount of money on a bedroom suite. We had fallen in love with the couch however and returned. The second sales person we spoke to was lovely, relatable and down to earth. And the product was worth the money.

Payment options were good. Staff were lovely. Delivery guys were great. Lounge looks fantastic and is very comfortable. Would recommend.

We did have to drive to another store to actually sit in the lounge before buying but it was worth it. We love the lounge! Pity they are not making it anymore..

I dealt with Mark in the store and I was very happy with the way he treated myself and my wife. He was polite and knew his product well. I also picked the lounge up and Mark helped me load it. I called into most of the bedding and furniture stores that day and your store was by far the best.

The other stores had pushy people working in them that gave me the crap.
