bought 2 x spinal care med pillow matterus in 2014 best feel ive ever had and so many comments still 9 years later
decided to upgrade bought the med chiro pillow was much the same .. had it for 3 mths its so hard ..rang store at 1 mth told to wait 3 mthss ..tried one in store last week totally different to my matt..service coming on Friday.
How is this possible to have this ..I just want the feel of my old matteress but a new version .. lucky I kept it.
Has anyone else had this issue, how did you resolve it ?
You will have no chance with a resolution from Forty Winks because they are only after a sale and nothing more. I purchased an adjustable base in March this year and also the 'my side' mattress, which they recommended. I have never had a worst mattress in my life, its hard and Ive now found out from other bed stores that this mattress is not suitable to an adjustable base, Ive sent an email to forty winks head office and of course you get crickets!!
I bought another matress from OMF on the weekend and the staff were terrific and very helpful. Steer clear of forty winks they are money grabbers and nothing more!!!
Update: I have been contacted by the Manager at Campbelltown who wants me to come into the store and discuss with a possible resolution of a credit or maybe a refund. I want to acknowledge that they at least are addressing the issues with my purchase.
I purchased a King size bed with two bedsides and a dressing table about 12 years ago. They were built by Nova Hollandia in Dandenong. I am downsizing to a retirement village where everything is smaller and was wondering if I can get a Queen in the same design? I can send a photo if needed?

Hi, I was wondering has anyone had a problem when buying a mattress if they have had a strong chemical smell. I smelt it slightly when I first purchased it but since being pregnant it smells that strong I am unable to sleep in the room my partner has actually noticed it a little more recently. We Purchased this in late June this year. Its just really unbearable.
What was the brand?
Was it all foam?
How humid does it get in the room & how hot?
