We went to Osborne Park store looking for a new bedroom suite for our uncle. Rameeza was so helpful and friendly. We had to lay by as our uncle is not moving into his retirement village as yet. Rameeza gave us all our options because we don't have a delivery date as yet. Store policy was very flexible and Rameeza understanding of our situation. We bought a king bed with bedsides and mattress, its been two weeks and we love the bed. The lady @store showed us different king beds and got us a good deal. she explained difference between mattress types very clear.
Delivery was quick and assembling was easy too. we also got a discount on top of existing discount. really love the variety of products they have and price range. i definitely recommend Osborne park store for everyone. thanks

Went looking for a mattress and found exactly what I wanted at an amazing price within five minutes. The girls that served me were also amazing and made the experience worth coming back ( as I spotted a couch I like)

We were welcomed on arrival in the shop and assisted so well to find our perfect couch! (We had searched shops for days).
The couch is everything we hoped for, great quality and so comfy with accidental cover for our baby due soons accidents!
We picked up from the warehouse with help to load into my partners ute very easily!!!

If all staff treated customers as we were treated, shopping would be an entirely pleasant experience. She was amazing. Our couch arrived when they said it would and is extremely comfortable and well priced. Junny served us at the innaloo store on two occasions. Her service was extremely pleasant; attentive but not pushy or invasive. We purchased the Shaw 5 seater sofa. Junny and her manager had extensive knowledge of the product and demonstrated a number of options for us. Very happy with the experience and our new sofa.

From walking in it took me 15 minutes to complete my purchased. The lounge was advertised on TV. A 3 seater and after paying I was surprised that it also included a 2 seater

The whole process was effortless, from selection through to delivery: Staff were professional, non-pushy & very helpful; they were also helpful when I upgraded from a Queen size to a King size bed...

I made the purchase in-store at the Osborne Park branch. The process was very easy, the attendants were straight-forward and helpful. The orthopedic bed base is the best I have ever owned, very happy there.
