I cannot fault the workmanship of GJ Gardner Ararat. Being a perfectionist myself, i was very pleased by all the small details of my new home. I have nothing but respect for Ash Heard and his team. The customer support was fantastic, I always knew what was happening and got a call or email every Friday. Any concerns i had were no problem for them and were fixed within a day or two. My house was my own design and I did not have any problems. I feel like I have formed a permanent friendship with them and can call on them anytime.
If you are planning on building a new home, I sincerely recommend you go with GJ Gardner Ararat.

We found the workmanship and build quality of our home to be a very high standard. We were also impressed with the management of our build and the customer service and updates, receiving weekly updates from the office and/or building manager.
After moving in, we have found the customer service and follow up on any small maintenance required to be excellent.

GJ Gardner Ararat built my home so well, from the beginning drawing up the plans, picking out the colours was fun and then to watch it all come together was so exciting. The quality of the build was fantastic and there was no hidden costs along the way. The contract price they give you at the start it what you pay. I had weekly contact with updates on where my house was up to and what would be happening in the future weeks. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to build there dream home.

From the start dealing with Michael in Sales, right until the handover of our new Home we loved building with GJ Gardner Ararat. We were updated at every stage of the build, in the early stages, then Slab, Frame, Lock Up & Fixing. We love the quality of our home & would like to thank Ashley, Sally,Cathy, Kevin, and Emma for the work that they did over the past 12 - 18 months. Our experience with GJ Gardner was AMAZING. Right from the start the team at Horsham and Ararat were honest and reliable. Our house was build in a timely manner and we were kept informed the entire way through. From slab in October 2014 to getting our keys March 2015 was a dream. They were there to support any needs we had after the build also. I would highly recommend the team from Horsham and Ararat.

We love our new home that we have waited so long for and my husband has been in the building trade for his whole life and said that the workmanship was second to none. The staff were outstanding with their professionalism, support, friendliness and advice. The follow up for the few hiccups has been rather prompt. Thanks again, we love our home!

Right from the start the team at GJ Horsham have been excellent and up front with what to expect when building with them. Any issues that came up they were more than happy to deal with them. Build quality is excellent and attention to detail was fantastic. There were some time delay with trades that seemed to push back the build complete date that was frustrating, but is kind of out their hands as trades are rare around this area. When it came to maintenance after moving in they have been great with getting trades out to fix the little problems. Every Friday I would get a call from their office and they would give me updates on where the build process was at and what is planned for the up-coming week.

I was lucky enough to build my very first home with GJ Gardner and I love it! The staff we great to deal with very helpful throughout the whole process. It was very helpful being a first home buyer that everything was thought of when first quoting on the house meaning there were no hidden costs. I was also impressed with how quickly everything was finished off and allowing me to move in before the predicted finish date.

We had a fantastic experience building with GJ Gardner (Ararat). Ash was really helpful, receptive and took all our concerns very seriously and you could see that our house mattered. Cathy in the office did an amazing job dealing with all our constant upgrades and we were extremely happy with the end result. Ash was really flexible allowing us on site to have our pool installed and complete some landscaping while the house was under construction. After the house was complete and we were moved in we were still in contact with Ash regarding some final aspects and it was great to see that we were still a priority. Would recommend GJ Gardener if you are after a quality home and great support along the way.

The staff were very helpful and helped us to make sure we could have our dream home built within our budget. All information was honest and upfront, we were updated on the progress of the build at least once a week and the team happily made any changes in design that we requested along the way.
Our home was completed BEFORE schedule which is never heard of! The finish on the house is five star and we would happily (and have been) recommend the Ararat, Hamilton & Horsham branch to all of our friends.

Working with the team at Ararat has been a great experience. Every step of the way they have all worked to deliver us the house we wanted. We changed around the plan with them was much appreciated assistance, and then were afforded the flexibility to do the electrical ourselves. This not only helped save some money, but allowed us to meet and work in with a really good bunch of tradies. The foremans were really easy to deal with and responded swiftly to any queries, as did the office staff. The finished product was a high quality home which we are now really enjoying. All in all a very positive experience.

We have just finished building with G J Gardner Ararat & the experience was stress free. This was our first time building & didn't know how the process worked but team was more than helpful. We used GJ Gardner Ararat & couldn't be more pleased with overall project, service and peole throughout the whole process. Good advice, not pushy - guided us if our ideas were a bit "off" to ensure a better outcome. Any problems were easily sorted out with no fuss or stress (and I'm a stress freak), always felt in control and as if someone was there to talk to...never had to wait long for call backs if messages were left. Couldn't be more happy and found the whole thing easy - after hearing so many bad building stories ours is a good one!!
