Excellent service
My internet was off for 3 days and response was immediate. They were extremely helpful. I have sent an email in the passed which was not addressed however this was immediate.

Great from install to setup
So far so good it has been great with speeds of up to 45 megabits per second at night and around 14/15 megabits per second at peak times I think Francis was the guy I spoke to and he knew exactly what to do he was good also the guy who installed it was great

Since transferring to HarbourISP we have had continuous problems browsing the internet.
The last case was open from 8 Aug 19 until closing on the 23 Oct 19.
Days upon Days have been wasted, trying the same thing over and over.
Hundreds of dollars have been spent on paying for alternate access to the internet.
They refused to release us from the contract when requested, even though they were not providing the service that was being paid for.

On 22/10/19 NBN came to our property to install an updated aerial. The technician could not reconnect us to the Internet but told us we would be reconnected within approximately 2 hours. This did not happen and we contacted Chris of the Support team at Harbour ISP who arranged for reconnection by 24/10/19. We are very grateful for the efficient and courteous service we received.

Here I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Francis Arapan for his excellent problem solving skill, as well as his warm hearted customer service skills!! Yesterday afternoon, my tenant contacted me urgently, said she is half way doing her university assignment which is due today on her laptop, but found out there is no internet connection!! I called your tech. support desk, Mr. Arapan helped me, not only resolved the connection problems, but also taught me how to keep my internet more secure!! Both my tenant student and myself very happy, and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you again to Mr. Arapan, you are the legend in harbour ISP!!! Very helpful service
Over the past several days I experienced lack of connection, which was intermittent. The problem followed a phone call from your service team advising that the NBN was to do an upgrade. I was advised to shift my connection to the 2nd port on the box on the wall if I had problems. After a few days, my connection cut in and out, and I shifted to the 2nd port, but the problem persisted intermittently.

Belle was amazing! She helped us set up our NBN and WiFi!
Connection is very fast! Loading time is minimal, almost none. No drop outs and easily connected.

I was helped out by someone very helpful they new what they were doing and it only took a few minutes which was good some take to long as I have to get to work by 8.30. So I was pleased we could fix problem quickley

Mae was really very friendly and helpful. She helped to resolve my issue very clearly and in a matter of minutes it was sorted! My only criticism is that you might benefit from some Hold music, as it was tricky to determine what was going on while I was on hold. Thanks again :-)

Been with Hisp since 2009, SAT is sometimes unreliable but our needs are growing so upgraded the plan.. rang the help desk as there was no connection via the router. Once MAE worked out my password had changed for the updates it took seconds and we were connected.

So far so good!
Have only just signed up, but speed seems good. The NBN has just also been put on and we had a couple of teething questions but Francis was able to help out and all is running well..

Appropriate help the first time I called would have been appreciated.
Setting up a new Win 10 computer, I began encountering difficulties with getting onto the internet yet after some help from your technical support I could access the internet on our old Win 7 computer. I asked the tech if he could help me check settings on the New computer to make sure it was configured correctly. I also mentioned that the diagnostics I'd run said it might be a security or firewall issue. The tech told me he couldn't help me and that I should take it to a computer technician. I did so and when we connected this same new compute...Read more
r into the internet in town it had no problems. The tech told me to take it home and test it on me satellite connection again. I did so and encountered the same problems as before. I recalled your tech and got the same guy who this time after explaining that there was nothing wrong with the computer and that it must be the satellite connection or settings, he walked me thorough some basic setting checks and we made a few changes. I was able to see the internet briefly until another connection through our internet security kicked in. Disabling this other connection we found our solution. I only wished this tech would have walked me through these simple checks earlier when I asked him to. It would have saved me 136km driving, a wasted day, and a $160 computer technician fee as well as and heaps of frustration.1 comment
