We moved into our new apartment in January and we are still getting a terrible service in June. They have had long enough to sort out and they haven't. Its been terrible since day 1 and they had the cheek to credit my account by only $60 for 6 months of poor internet speeds. It fluctuates up and down all the time and on an evening I find It wont stream anything. For example, if a friend sends me a little video on Facebook, it cant even stream it. I have to disconnect from WiFi and use my 3G or 4G and it works great.
LENDLEASE have something to answer for, getting these clowns in to set up our internet. DO NOT GET

Our NBN is slower than adsl. Was good but useless the past few months. Have emailed, left messages to Harbour but no reply. Actually spoke to someone last week and was going to get back to me. Ha Ha Ha... They have to go... We pay for 25mbps,, lucky to get more than 2 most nights...

The Ladies from Harbour ISP are Fantastic. Extremely happy with the service and speed. Was connected within 2 weeks and just love having NBN.

most of my family and friends are using Harbour ISP service and I have never heard anyone complain. The customer service is great and connection is good.

NBN fixed wireless service. Absolutely shocking. It was okay to begin with, and now not only don't I have internet in my home, they're still making me pay for it! Worst decision I have ever made to have Harbour ISP as my internet provider. $350 dollars as an early termination fee! Horrid customer service as well. All they want is your money, they do not value you as a customer, or treat you with any respect whatsoever.

Called up atleast 100 times no one answers the phone just rings and rings and when someone finally picks up they say you used all your internet up which is impossible there is no way that I could have used it all up, they say that i used 86gb in less then 30 days. The max i would use is 30 to 35gb and thats for a whole mouth. The phone doesn't work can't even hear anyone talk on the over side, the internet is off more times than it is on.

Absolutely crap.never works worst service ever my $2 a day optus sim card leaves harbour for dead. harbour should change name to hardly ever works

Worst company i know offf twice said i would be connected techo never turns up only comes twice a month here and second time no router sent i he did come rude and useless company had there chance never again.

I had terrible speed issues with my old provider on NBN Fibre. Signed up with these guys got connected within 7 days and its awesome! Would reccomnd
