Amazing service
I have had many interactions with Harbor ISP, especially Brooke over last one month. There was a lot of complication in getting my internet up and running - as NBN had to re -lay the cable which required complex covil work to get the NBD box installed.
Thorough this one month, Brooke was patient, focused on solving my issue and perfect in communications. Her timely responses and guidance helped me in managing the work done and finally my service was reinstated last weekend. She is a rockstar of an employee and amazing person to deal with.

Excellent customer service
My connection is reliable and strong.
I recently had an unexpected issue where the NBN wasn’t working in our area - Harbour (in particular, Rey) contacted me regularly to update me on the issue and assist me. They were apologetic and tried to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Great technical support
Beberly was so helpful when I experienced technical issues with my connection. She was able to refresh the connection and talk me through each step of what I needed to do. Within minutes I was back online and everything was working fine again. Thank you Beberly for your help!

Saved by Beberly Ayala
This is to reflect the help I received by this tech support and it was fantastic. Full marks for Beberly Ayala who patiently & without giving up and tried her best to solve my problem.
Now, the concern I have is with the Harbour ISP response and promised that did not deliver. The modem/router was sent to me and assured me that once I plugged it in, it will work straight away. WRONG. And the promise was that connection will be established within 24-48hrs but nothing was happend for more than 3 days. Managers should look into this to improve this area. Hope this helps.

Great service
I recently moved into a new property, I received the keys on the 2nd, plugged in the modem on the 3rd and had issues, they had a tech out and the issue resolved, I'm now posting this using the wifi on the 4th. Excellent turnaround time.

Harbour ISP - Superfast Service
I was really impressed with Harbour ISPs superfast churn process. The service was up and running in no time and have had no issues since connecting. I would happily recommend Harbour ISP !! Keep up the great work.

Superior support
Had an issue with intermittent and very annoying password prompt popup associated with Outlook 2022. Expertly and quickly solved by Harbourisp support. Initially thought it was a Microsoft problem, but turned out to be specific Outlook settings I was unaware of.

Aila was superb, technically expert with great customer service
I had lost internet connection due to me accidentally pressing the reset button on my Harbour ISP modem whilst trying to set up a local wi-fi extender to help me work in my shed. Aila swiftly pinpointed the issue, having established the satisfactory quality of the NBN connection. She helped me reset the correct settings on my modem and then also helped me to correctly sync my extender to the router. All is working now. Throughout the call, Aila was calm, professional and technically authoritative, just what I needed. It makes me glad to have chosen Harbour ISP as this level of proficient, easy to access customer service is worth its weight in gold! Thank you.

Patient and clear advice from a technical support person over the phone!
With thanks to Dennis Pagkatipunan for helping me on the phone, even when I was being a typically non-tech savvy customer Dennis did not lose patience and was prepared to hear me talk and wait for m,y replies. I realised I was talking to my wife at the same time too which must have been very distracting too. Thanks again.

I have to congratulate Paul Non. I first spoke to Paul on the initial setup when joining your company and just recently as today he helped me again. To give you an idea I was with TPG for over 16 years and after only three contacts i just gave up [disgusting]. Paul is excellent.: There has been a couple of dropouts but it happens only in very wet weather. This has been a problem long before i changed to Harbourisp. Other than that not a problem.

Great speeds and customer service
I’ve been using Harbour ISP for about 3.5 years and I’ve had fantastic service. The connection is reliable with only about 3 hiccups, and customer service has been great when needed.

Amazing support over the phone - Andrea
Andrea was really effective and knowledgeable. She supported me over the phone with my internet that was not working after the installation. She answered my doubts and was so patient, because English is not my first language and she repeated many times till I got all sentences and gave me the correct steps to my connection started to work well. Scammers
Asked for internet no date given same day received a text to be told I'm now connected...ie. they are charging me! No login or password. Told them I did not want to connect and they refused a cooling off period. Still not working and complaint lodged with ombudsman. Stay away from this scam artist organisation with zero customer service. To try to cancel an order the same day it is lodged should not incur a cancellation fee!
