Fantastic Customer Service!
Moving to our new home only to find out it is connected to NBN Satellite. Totally clueless as I've always had fixed wireless. Did some research and decided to give Harbour ISP a shot. So glad I did as the customer service has been fantastic. I spoke with Glenda and she was so patient and helpful. Looking forward to my new connection - so far so good!

Reconnecting Internet
Mae was very patient and helpful assisting me to re-establish a router connection and connect my internet again. Apparently the connection had failed when the plan was changed a couple of days ago.

Excellent Service
We have had a really reliable connection with very few dropouts. We had one small issue recently and the assistance we received was amazing. The staff called when they said they would and resolved our issue so quickly. Very happy!

Excellent service from Harbour ISP and SkyBridge (NBN Contractor)
My NBN Sky Muster wall box was knocked out during a thunderstorm and as I work online from home (with no mobile reception) I am highly dependent on my NBN access to be able to earn a living. HarbourISP acted on it straight away and lodged a service call with NBNCo. The real hero was Queenie from SkyBridge who organised a technician to come out within 4 days and had me back up online in no time.

Great service, fast speedy online responses from friendly knowledgeable staff (Pam was fantastic!)
We have used HarbourISP for NBN skymuster satellite for several years and have found the staff manning both their chat sessions and tech helpline (via phone) second to none on problem solving and also extremely knowledgeable when selecting plans. They will price match other suppliers, and the only dropouts we have received are when the satellite goes down, or if we experience a massive downpour of rain or 6 inches of snow (can't blame them for that!). Beberly Ayala customer skills and service
Had no internet for a while and contacted Harbour locally who advised me I had to reprogram the router but unfortunately how to do that was not explained clearly and I declined to do that and was advised it might be able to be done from Harbour . Unfortunately after not hearing from anyone for the next 4 hours I recontacted Harbour who placed me through to there IT overseas people . What a difference Beberly made. She remained calm and professional the whole time as she explained to me thoroughly what I needed to do to programme the router. 20 minutes and her patience and all is well. vice and I never sent any letter or email out whether in was in appreciation or in defence of my company without my complete name and contact. Always believe if you have done everything correct your name and contact supports your commitment . Sorry, but after such professionalism and service from your outsourced company people who had no hesitation in identifying themselves to me then followed up with a mail like this from the supplier seems a bit . What can I say? I suppose I will have to get use to, this is the way it is these days. Who ever you are I appreciate the works that were done to remedy our situation. Top notch customer service
Five star rating is based on customer service and not the NBN service (only just got connected). I had a knowledgeable customer service rep by the name Pamela sign me up to a new Skymuster connection. She walked me through the entire process and more importantly followed up when my application hit a couple of hurdles (with NBN, not HarbourISP). I was kept updated on the application right from start to end. Really happy with the level of customer service I received.

`Email repair
Rang them and gave them remote access. Took Dennis 17 minutes by my watch to fix my problem. Very pleased by the work they did. A suggestion if I may: It would be nice to have 24 hour tech availability as this problem happened over the weekend and I had to wait until Monday to have it remedied. Just a thought. Technical Assistance
This is an excellent company. The service is incredible. Any problem I can't fix myself I just phone them, give them remote access, and within minutes I am off and running again. It took Chris less than 2 minutes to fix a problem I had. If you are looking for a good company with excellent service, look no further.

Fantastic Customer Service
We have always been happy with our internet service and customer support, but yesterday Hanna went above and beyond to help with issues which arose as a result of fires sweeping through our property. Hanna was immediately understanding of our predicament and resolved the matter promptly in a very caring way.

Awesome internet coverage for out in the bush
Only had a couple of drop outs after poweroutages but otherwise best provider I've dealt with. Easy to talkj to and they understand when you aren't as tech savvy as some. Francis was great and helped me sort my problem with ease.

Great service

Lots better than the original internet we had years ago
Fairly reliable, only occasional drop outs. Any serious issues have been dealt with promptly by courteous staff. Have called back numerous times if I am unavailable, altogether a good firm to deal with

Very helpful, patient and thorough.
We have had quite a few times where our VoIP service has needed trouble shooting or re setting. It has been pretty frustrating, but I have always experienced very good service and a result from the harbour ISP team. Thank you Andrea

Competent and Cheerful Support
On a day when internet access is very important it wasn't available, although the laptop reported 'Internet Access'. A phone call to Harbourisp and, after a short delay, Aila answered and performed system diagnostics then lead me through system checks in a very methodical and understanding manner as our land line phone connection wasn't the best. Very happy with the end result of system restoration and speed checks. Thanks Aila.

Phone Connection

Service and Considerate Support
With fires around us in a heavily timbered remote area of northern NSW our Sky Muster access is critical and consequently our data usage has been exceeded a couple of times. However, Harbour ISP has been there promptly when phoned or accessed by the portal. I have dealt with many an ISP since the earliest days of the internet and without doubt my experience is HarbourISP is the most helpful and responsive ISP around and I have no qualms telling people that is my opinion.
