Phone Connection
Needed help connecting our home phone and Aila couldn't have been more helpful. Within 10 minutes our line was up and running. I would recommend this Harbour ISP to everyone.

Patient assistance
I was helped by Karen Florenda to install the router Harbour ISP had sent. I was very grateful for her patient and considered assistance. She dealt with my problem very satisfactorily.

Service and Considerate Support
With fires around us in a heavily timbered remote area of northern NSW our Sky Muster access is critical and consequently our data usage has been exceeded a couple of times. However, Harbour ISP has been there promptly when phoned or accessed by the portal. I have dealt with many an ISP since the earliest days of the internet and without doubt my experience is HarbourISP is the most helpful and responsive ISP around and I have no qualms telling people that is my opinion.

She was a genius!!!!!
Decided to paint lounge room walls, unplugged NBN - big mistake - couldn't reconnect. Aila at Harbourisp was so patient and finally got me reconnected, much to my wife's relief. Will not be painting walls again ;-))

Our comments reflect the fact that we were disconnected from the Internet from 6/10/19 to 30/10/19.
We had two visits from Skybridge Technician. In his opinion the fault was at Harbourisp end. No problem with our Computer as he was obtaining the same results on his Computer. While telephone contact attempted to
be helpful communication was difficult with some of the accents experienced.Some messages left for technicians were not followed up. We consider we are eligible for a refund for the month of October,2019. Thank you to Francis for finally connecting us.

Very patient and helpful
Mae Baldoza was very patient and helpful resolving the problem. On a different note, I'm wondering why the data on skymuster is used up so much quicker than the data on my phone, which I use alot more, thanks

your home data. Computer updates can take several GB where as an app update only takes a few MB. NBN box not connecting to modem
Aila was able to help me isolate why NBN box not connecting to modem.
There still appears to be a continuing issue with speed but I have not had the time to sit down with a consultant on the phone to isolate the issue.

So happy with our sky muster service. Isp were quick and easy to connect. The customer service I have received has been fantastic. Had a small data issue one month, phoned isp, Carlos from tech support had the issue sorted in seconds. Awesome service, reliable connection. Although would love unlimited service to be offered as find without hard to adjust and limits our usage. Highly recommended ISP Sky Muster.

Reliable connection, had minor fault. Called our provider Harbour ISP and they fixed in within minutes. No fuss at all and would Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting fast, reliable internet in an area where satellite NBN is required

Stay Away !!!!!
I have so far had nothing but trouble with this provider. When I signed up I was recommended to get sky muster. I asked if this had any disadvantages to ADSL and was told it had none. Well this is obviously not true. I pay more for less data, get more frequent drop outs, on cloudy days the service is hardly functioning and even on a good day it is so slow that I can not run my work from home applkications with it. Flor example on chats I type the text and then I have to wait for it to appear on the screen. It simply is too frustrating to bother...Read more
. Another problem I had is that my landline phone number was not transferred. Instead I was allocated a new phone number and not told about it ever in any form. I was then charged for the phone service without ever having access to it because there is no actual line attached to it as this is still with Telstra. I contacted harbourisp three times over the last year to have this rectified. They tell me I have to pay a fee for the transfer and also a fee to transfer me to ADSL. I saw no other option but to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman. Again today I can't access my webmails. This has been the case for a number of days now. On my first two complaints I was told that they would have to get the recording of when I took up the 12 month contract. They both times never got back to me. On my next call I was told the recording had been retrieved but I was denied access to it. Unethical and unlawful conduct all the way through. Stay Away if you want reliable internet.1 comment

Absolutely disgraceful customer service
We switched from Sky Muster to Sky Muster Plus on the 1st of September 2022. On the 2nd both the internet and VOIP phone stopped working. The internet was reinstated but the VOIP service is still not working. It is now 1 October 2022. I have used the chat service a few times and it is absolutely disgraceful. It takes someone forever to join and when they do they take forever to type anything back to you. I've been told that to get the VOIP working again I must buy a new router. All I wanted them to do was reactivate my VOIP service. But this seems to be too hard for them to do. I would not recommend Harbour ISP to anyone.1 comment

My connection is reliable. The few times it drops out (?once every 2-3 months), it has been easy and quick to reboot.
I rarely have issues, but when I have had them, HarbourISP has always provided patient, helpful and successful technical support.
There is one aspect I would like to know about. Is there a plan that provides Sky Muster NBN 25 with 90-100GB data?

Terrible, terrible company to deal with
I have been trying to get an internet connection for 5 weeks from harbourisp.
Initially they told me i could get NBN, which i advised them I couldn't as the business next door tried and could not in that location. I requested an ADSL service, they said no and were adamant I could get NBN.
So 2 weeks later, they came and tried to connect the NBN service.... I couldn't get NBN.
So then they offered me NBN satellite(rather than ADSL) which they were adamant I could get.

he NBN technician was here, he had a perfect signal and it worked on his laptop with no issues. So i connected the harbourisp modem, lo and behold that modem does not work on the NBN hook up. I then called harbourisp to report the issue and trouble shoot, after 90 minutes on the phone "Justine Barrett"(obviously a fake name as she forgot it halfway through the conversation) hung up on me with the no resolution. I am now waiting, waiting, waiting for 5 weeks for some sort of internet connection.1 comment

Fast connection and internet speed
So far, once I got the NBN up and running, it has worked efficiently and effectively. Connection was fast and I had no problems checking emails etc... I am happy with the product and any issues I had initially, werte resolved quickly.

Data peak still wrong 2 months later
Well yesterday I checked again before 7 am and I had data allotted to peak times. I called Harbour and they told me that I was not the only one and they are working on the problem, I was told that a senior tech would call me back before lunch time and I am still waiting again same response as 2 months ago. So this morning I checked and it seems there fix is not to show any data use for that day until about 7:30 am at which time I checked again had had 3 gig of data added to peak time and I had just turned pc on data was used during offpeak per...Read more
