My satellite NBN had not been working for a number of weeks, as a matter of fact, it drops out regularly. Today when I rang to have the issue fixed I was lucky enough to strike Paul. He was very calm, gave clear instructions and importantly, did not get frustrated with me. He was able to talk me through the steps and rectify the issue in a short period of time.

Disappointing Customer Service

I was given incomplete information about the setup which resulted in a delay and followup phone calls to get the service working.
I was then charged for an item that was listed as being free. Despite emailing the accounts team on the same day as I revived the bill, the money was still deducted from my bank account. The promised refund to my account has not occurred.
Two requests to fix a mistake in the account details also has not occurred.
If I was locked into a contract, I would be going elsewhere.

Your service is great. Nbn is not so good. On my other account at Puti drive almost every day I have to turn off the modem and router every day to reset it and make it work

Solution to Imessage issue

I had an issue where all internet worked normally, except Imessage and facetime. Mae at tech was very helpful even though she had not encountered the problem before. She managed to find a solution, which was a relief as we live in an isolated area with no mobile service.

I have been charged over $900 for a connection i didn't know i had. I cancelled my account and they are still charging me despite regular phonecalls and contact. I have lodged a complaint to the ombudsman and they are still are trying to charge me and are spamming me with calls, texts and emails from overseas

Have had a few drop outs usually related to thunderstorms and the occasional quirky activities of your teck department
Have rung teck support a few time, they have been very helpful and have provided great service and guidance,, particularly Francis who I delt with today

Robbers charging for what's not supplied

Peak data times start at 7 am it is now 5:58 am and I have peak data added to my account any wonder I am using my data allotment this is happening every day and conformed by Tech support I have screen shots of data map and calendar to show dates, this is charging for something they are not suppling. Please check your data useage early in the morning after 5 am and before 7 am and see if you are being robbed also. This means my peak data is being used up and we get throttled before we should Please everyone check your data usage

Needed support with Outlook. Got onto someone straight away. Justine was very helpful and fixed the problem within minutes. Very patient and very polite.

We were provided with excellent service during the connection of our service. Both of the operators we dealt with were both knowledable and helpful. We would suggest harbour ISP just for this stage of the service alone. So far the quality and speed of connection rivals the big name brand our last service was provided by in Melbourne. So far, so good!! Big thanks to Francis.

I am not sure what I am reviewing. Occasionally the connection fails,which is a nuisance, though it does not happen often (but rates the loss of one star). However when it does I get excellent technical assistance. Today I was connected to Karmille who was very patient with my IT ignorance and got me connected again. So if I am reviewing the technical assistance that would warrant 5 stars

Aila was awesome. I had spent 2 days trying to set up my voicemail. Talking to several customer service representatives with no luck. After all my efforts finally Aila was able to successfully help me set up my voicemail after 2 days she took only seconds to clear everything up for me. Aila your a champion thank you so much. I have been using Harbour ISP nbn since its inception and find the staff as helpful and responsive as possible. Speed does vary but the reliability since the new satellite was launched has been really good. I have needed to change plans when visitors come to allow for higher usage and found that this company allows you to upgrade and downgrade really easily and this saves money. Glenda helped me to day and was very patient, answered my questions and changed the plan quickly. Thanks

The help I received when calling for technical help was absolutely fantastic! Francis was very patient with me and fixed my internet connection/router problem I had. I am a very happy customer. I also like the fact that your team is available past 6pm.

I have had connection issues for over a week... due to an accounting issue .
Multiple calls and messages ... all handled in a sensitive way but not resolved unfortunately.
Ailsa not only took the time to resolve the issue she made a follow up call to make sure the problem hadn’t returned.
She went beyond my expectations. Thankyou Aila

Very satisfactory IT support

I rang Harbour IT for support with a problem I had had for a long time in not being able to send emails from from my laptop using Outlook in a remote country location where there is no mobile coverage. I was fortunate enough to contact Jem who was unfailingly courteous and most professional. She persisted until she found a solution, keeping in touch with me via phone calls and emails as she searched for the solution to the problem. Thank you, Jem, for the support you provided - you are a credit to Harbour IT and I hope I get the benefit of your expertise again, if ever I need to contact Harbour IT in the future.

Great for what I need

Had no trouble with the set up or order. Connection was simple even for on iver 50 with not many IT skills. Speed appears as stated on the contract. So far so good.

Good but, can be a little patchy.

Whilst we are very happy with our Sky Muster connection through Harbour, we find that the speed can be a little unreliable at times but not often enough to warrant a complaint. However prior to this service we were using a digital connection through a powered modem and both the data allowance and the speed rendered it useless for anything other than emails. We would therefore rate this service as much, much better than what we had.

The internet service you provide is best price and excellent quality. We are very happy customers and recommend to all our friends.
Service rep named Aila was very polite and extremely helpful. I wish all reps were like her.

Internet dropped out

Rang up on a Saturday night. My internet had dropped out. Turning it off and back on did nothing. Bryan was awesome, talked me through a hard reset for the router, then once we could get a signal he helped me to change some of the settings, then bingo, everything was back on, have had no problems since. Bryan did a great job, and was very patient, i had a house full of kids for a sleep over, and it was hectic.
