Mae provided prompt and thorough service, kept me updated through the process and gave clear instruction to get us up and running again. Our issue was resolved with no fuss and pleasant service.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. I was experiencing excessive dropouts. After talking to Harbour ISP technical support it was assumed to be my 10 year old cables or router. After purchasing a new router & cables I've had zero issues & my speed has increased dramatically. Mae (lovely & very patient lady) at Technical support also helped me connect my new router when I was having issues. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with the actual nbn hardware (not supplied by harbour isp), harbour isp followed up nbn directly and kept me informed of the updates. The team was super helpful!

Because the plan had changed I had to reconfigure the modem and the technical support officer Dennis Pagkatipunan was very polite and considerate. Dennis was understanding of my lack of knowledge of these matters and his demeanour was exemplary. Thankyou Dennis, the connection is very good.

Had a few issues with the NBN co doing the actual install and the the supplied modem not being configured right, HarbourISP was quick to resolve and action. I would support and recommend them 10%, get behind smaller suppliers any day of the week

I have just had the service installed so no feedback on performance yet, however the sales team are amazing. I just chatted online with PAM at 730PM at night to upgrade it before I use it as I know I will want more and faster. Thanks for great service Pam.. cheers

No longer relying on marginal 4G signal for our internet. Jason at Harbour ISP made it easy to get connected to our new Sky Muster service. The NBN contractors who completed the work were also great and completed the whole setup in just a few hours.

On upgrading and getting my internet running, I was very happy with the service I received from Geffery Francisco, my service is now running very smoothly, with no dropouts as yet, I would prefer it to be unlimited data but that did not seem to be possible

We have a satellite wireless connection. Our netgear modem failed and so therefor did our access to the internet. We were given advice and very extensive assistance over a period of hours in two sessions which resulted in us achieving reconnection to the internet. The assistants were very patient.
We are very pleased with the support we get from Harbour ISP technicians.

[name removed] on the chat line is awesome and knowledgeable. I do find the plans more expensive than mainstream ones but I am in an area whereby I need satellite connection and Id recommend harbourisp for this.

12.6.20 Updated to add: I took this matter to the TIO and have since been contacted by Harbour ISP who have agreed to waive the backdated amount. Someone is also to call me to try to rectify the issues we have with the VOIP phone. I'm leaving my review here as I feel that potential customers have the right to see both the positive and negative reviews for this company. I have been asked to remove the post but declined to do so based on my opinion as just stated. In this particular instance, Harbour ISP have been accommodating.

I have a number of Board positions, and Covid 19 has impacted on our meeting schedules. We have resorted to Zoom and I initially found it quite cumbersome and clunky. I was experiencing times when the video dropped out, and being Chairman I could not see who was looking to speak .
I called the Harbour Isp hotline for some assistance and was served by Jemima Pastorfide.
I would like to pay homage to Jem and her tenacity to get the system working better for me.

Found staff at Harbour, most recently Glenda, to be fast, courteous and professional. On the rare occasion there has been a problem they have taken all necessary steps to assist and resolve the issue. Recommended.

Aila was great to deal with and fixed my issue with efficiency. She stepped me through the procedure and was very patient with me. I would highly recommend her and would be hoot to use her to solve any issues moving forward

We have only just installed the new NBN satellite available via Skymuster plus available through Harbour ISP and had a minor problem setting up our device and getting online. This problem was quickly solved by the technical support team and we were online almost immediately. Good start to Skymuster pls for us!

We have had issues with both speed and dropouts but have always found the service desk very helpful and empathetic to our situation. We rely on the system a lot for our jobs and when it goes down it usually happens when we least need it to. Having said that the service desk crew have always provided a solution and done their level best to provide it asap. On this occasion Dennis was super helpful.

We experience dropouts regularly. The service usually buffers when it is a peak usage period. The service I received from your team to get the internet up & going again was solved in a no fuss & professional manner. However we are now on W.A.'s timezone & I'am not sure how to adjust this!

I have found the sales team and the service team excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend them. If you have trouble understanding IT and what would be suit you and need someone to walk you through installing it these people are fantastic. thank you.

My call was in relation to setting up a new WiFi router. I needed some input regarding passwords and confirmation of other information. Jeffrey was very professional and patient in his assistance with me.

The connection has been reliable however we do experience some dropouts in cloudy weather. The service from Harbour staff has been great and Aimee was wonderful in recommending this product and setting me up with it.

Very prompt service to sort out reboot following upgrade. Very happy with Jeffreys efficiency. Speed vastly improved I would recommend skymuster highly. Nothing else to say. Good good and good

Great customer experience for 3 years. Recently - exceptional support from Justine and Aimee to restore communications when teenage kids used entire monthly allowance in 2 days on the farm. So much better than the big names.

Rang tonight, we had upgraded to a new plan and this changed a setting on our router which meant we couldn’t access internet. Aila fixed it in no time at all.
