I've been a customer for over 10 years. I was experiencing excessive dropouts. After talking to Harbour ISP technical support it was assumed to be my 10 year old cables or router. After purchasing a new router & cables I've had zero issues & my speed has increased dramatically. Mae (lovely & very patient lady) at Technical support also helped me connect my new router when I was having issues. Highly recommend.

No longer relying on marginal 4G signal for our internet. Jason at Harbour ISP made it easy to get connected to our new Sky Muster service. The NBN contractors who completed the work were also great and completed the whole setup in just a few hours.

We have a satellite wireless connection. Our netgear modem failed and so therefor did our access to the internet. We were given advice and very extensive assistance over a period of hours in two sessions which resulted in us achieving reconnection to the internet. The assistants were very patient.

12.6.20 Updated to add: I took this matter to the TIO and have since been contacted by Harbour ISP who have agreed to waive the backdated amount. Someone is also to call me to try to rectify the issues we have with the VOIP phone. I'm leaving my review here as I feel that potential customers have the right to see both the positive and negative reviews for this company. Read more Skymaster plan for a few years (2016) . Being on satellite we are limited with what is available to us, the plans are limited with gB and they're expensive. We also have the VOIP home phone. Over the years, the VOIP phone has been down more times than it has actually worked. We would use our allowance of gB before the end of the billing period which is problematic when we're running a business that relies on the internet. We therefore upgraded to the Skymaster Plus plan. Today I have received a bill - for 8 months of arrears - because Harbour ISP Failed to invoice me the correct amount from when we changed plans. The difference being $40 per month for 8 months. I pay my account on time, every month. Yes we are on the new plan, but it is not my fault their staff failed to bill us at the correct amount at the time we swapped. I was offered a payment plan to pay the arrears amount off. I asked to speak to the woman's supervisor, only to be told she was in a meeting and it was unknown know long the meeting was going to go for. I left my number for her to call me back. Our home phone has not worked for months. I contact them to fix it, they ring back when I'm not available then close the call out saying the problem is resolved which it isn't. This results in me having to ring them back again and be on the mobile with them for up to 2 hours (out of my work day) to try to get it fixed. Most times that doesn't happen and the call is escalated to someone else. We have only just installed the new NBN satellite available via Skymuster plus available through Harbour ISP and had a minor problem setting up our device and getting online. We have had issues with both speed and dropouts but have always found the service desk very helpful and empathetic to our situation. We rely on the system a lot for our jobs and when it goes down it usually happens when we least need it to. Having said that the service desk crew have always provided a solution and done their level best to provide it asap. On this occasion Dennis was super helpful.

We experience dropouts regularly. The service usually buffers when it is a peak usage period. The service I received from your team to get the internet up & going again was solved in a no fuss & professional manner. However we are now on W.A.'s timezone & I'am not sure how to adjust this!

The connection has been reliable however we do experience some dropouts in cloudy weather. The service from Harbour staff has been great and Aimee was wonderful in recommending this product and setting me up with it.
