In love with our Hotondo Home!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from our first encounter, right through to the end. Their knowledge led us to an incredible block of land, and we were able to easily adapt our house design to meet our every need. We were kept informed throughout the building process and found communication with staff members in the office and on-site to be excellent. Our home is both stunning and comfortable. We are so grateful to Hotondo for making our dream a reality! I have and will continue to recommend Hotondo Ararat to anyone looking to build.

I'm delighted with my new home.
I have recently moved into my new Hotondo Home in Ararat. The project was very well managed from the initial discussions through to completion. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently and I found their colour consultant most helpful. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and importantly to me, local tradesmen were employed. Thanks to Russell & Jenny Pearse and their team at Hotondo Homes in Ararat for a job well done and I would certainly recommend them as the builders for your new home.

The team at Hotondo Ararat were fantastic, we are truly thankful for their support the entire way through the building process. Choosing and modifying our new home options was made easy thanks to Linda and Jennifer, Russell and Jenny were always welcoming and helpful and a big thankyou to Jessie our build supervisor on his first project he definately went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Our family are very happy living in our new Hotondo home and highly recommend the Hotondo team in Ararat.

we went an with off-grid electrical system. The quality of work from all the tradesmen was high class. Choosing colours, cabinetry, tiles, paint and accessories etc, was made easy and fun, so much that we have decided to have Hotondo Homes Ararat build our second dwelling, an accommodation retreat at the back of our property. Hotondo go the extra mile!
Literally! The stunningly beautiful house they have built for me is more than one hour’s drive from their office. The building experience with R & J Pearse Hotondo has been excellent. From customising building designs to post-handover follow up, they always listen and provide friendly and helpful advice. What sets Hotondo apart from other builders was a sense of honesty and a willingness to seek out alternative options when things didn’t go to plan (of which there were very few). Custom design, excellent service.
I've been living in my house for a couple of years now. I went into Hotondo with a pretty good idea of the specifics that I needed, particular cabling, certain sized rooms, etc. But there were so many other options to consider that it seemed overwhelming at first.
But the Ararat team helped me with everything the whole way through. My block of land was an odd shape, so [name removed] spun up a custom design which suited the block and would give good energy efficiency. I'm also colour-blind, so a lot of the aesthetic choices were a bit tough...Read more
for me, but Jenny helped me every step of the way to make sure I didn't choose anything which looked ridiculous. The end result is a great looking, unique, spacious house built exactly for my purposes, which barely needs any heating or cooling outside of opening/closing windows and blinds.
