The home we wanted
So glad that we choose hotondo to build with who altered their design to build the home we wanted and everything was fantastic. From the time we met with Inverloch Hotondo to the time we finished nothing was too much trouble and always only a phone call if we wanted something. Workman ship is fantastic and their time frame was exactly what they said which is very important.

Great experience
We had a great experience dealing with Hotondo homes Inverloch. Right from the start we found Trent and Caroline to be very easy going but also very professional to deal with and to be honest we couldn’t have asked for much more. line takes the time to help you through the colour selection process and chase up all of the hard to find finishing touches it really makes you feel special. I suppose the most important thing about choosing a builder is to find one that really cares about what they do and Hotondo Inverloch do really care about building a quality home.1 comment

Quality Build with Hotondo Inverloch
We have been in our new Hotondo home for three months now and and couldn't be happier. Being first time house builders, we really had no idea what to expect and had heard horror stories but this was certainly not our experience and we would sincerely like to thank Trent and Caroline for their professionalism and expertise. process from designing, planning, to colour and finish. She was quick to respond to emails and was able to compliment what we wanted with her knowledge and advice. Trent's building competency and matter of fact approach really put us at ease. The one small issue we had with our hot water service when we moved in was quickly dealt with which we appreciated. We have a beautiful home, one that we are proud of. We would like to thank Trent and Caroline for their personal attention and hard work. Hotondo Inverloch are fabulous
Building with Hotondo Inverloch was fabulous. From the start to the finish Trent and Caroline were honest, open and extremely helpful. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. There were no unexpected extras at all and not even one disagreement. Caroline and Trent were very flexible with our meeting times and Caroline was fantastic with colour selections. During the build Trent allowed us to look over the house regularly and the tradesman we met were always friendly. We have been in our house now for over 2 months and there is not a single defect. We can't recommend Hotondo Inverloch highly enough - top quality. Our final cost was exactly what we were quoted at the start. Phil and Sue Whiteman

Hotondo=Happiness!
From the start to the finish nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful team from Hotondo! Trent and Caroline from Hotondo Inverloch went out of their way to assist us as we made a very big move into our retirement sea change house. Living nearly 3 hours from our new location they kept us updated and involved with our build. The project was finished on schedule and to an exceptional standard. This was our third build and the most stress free! We would highly recommend the team from Hotondo Inverloch.

Hotnondo Homes Inverloch
We chose Hotondo Homes Inverloch to build our Phillip Island home after our initial builder went broke shortly after signing the contract. This ended up being the best thing we could have done. Don and Trish were both professional and helpful throughout the build.
The quality of their work was excellent and the build was finished on time. A couple of issues were dealt with in a timely manner after hand over and completed completely to our satisfaction.
My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Hotondo Homes Inverloch to build a home for any one who is interested in a quality house and a professional build.
