Looking forward to the journey and Perth yes and visiting family after tour. Booking efficient and responses to enquires ok. Would have liked to be rebooked flight home as not part of 8 days as we are staying an extra 6 days with family and unaware of any discount.

Assisted with questions
A full Ghan trip with accommodation in Darwin/ Alice/ Adelaide. We haven't gone yet so are unable to actually comment on the value or deal. At this stage with NT going into lockdown am not sure whether the actual trip will continue, but that is up to any changes in current situation.

Imagine Cruising were great to deal with.
I recently booked a Northern Lights cruise with Imagine Cruising. At the time of the initial booking I could not get over how nice, happy and enthusiastic their staff were. I then had to make some changes to our itinerary and nothing was too much trouble and they got back to me within hours. We had one or two instances where my emails were not quickly answered but everything was sorted in the end.

When the tickets did not appear in my inbox, I emailed her and she responded with alacrity and we had all that we needed for the trip home. An unfortunate set of circumstances.
The handling by the staff at Imagine has been pretty good but the outcome has been less than satisfactory.
I can only assume that my request to cancel the hotel & flight bookings has been acted upon but I have no evidence to that effect. This is hardly acceptable.
We booked a total Perth-Perth package including the hotels in Sydney & London, the cruise & the flights from Heathrow-Perth but on reflection, in future, I will arrange accommodation independently because it is far easier to cancel it closer to the date & still receive a refund.
I am very disappointed with the outcome.

Just returned from an Imagine Cruising trip that was severely impacted by the Coronavirus issue. Imagine Cruising’s support in ensuring our trip continued as best it could under the circumstances was exceptional. We felt far better supported than others on a very similar trip booked with other companies. Great job Imagine and we would not hesitate to book with them in the future.

Extreme lack of information.
Extremely disappointed. We read on line Costa has canceled the cruise and we still haven’t heard from you guys informing us of that. And we were told yesterday if it was canceled we would not get a refund for airfare or hotel. Extremely dissatisfied.

Hi, as our travel departure date is 13/5/2020, we still have not received any communication from Imagine Cruising and we are starting to feel a little unsettled and anxious, we can appreciate that you’re very busy getting existing travellers home safely, but a short note keeping us informed would give us a feeling of maybe wanting to travel with you in the future.. we’d like to know if our options (once the logistics team finally is in touch with us), gives us the opportunity to take a refund and not be forced to take‘cruise credits’, there’s 6 travellers in our group so you can appreciate there’s a considerable amount of money tied up with your company

Dear Cheryl,
We were on the Vasco Da Gama where the Cruise was cancelled 6 days after departure. We were returned to Perth. CMV has promised a full refund to be paid through Imagine Cruising. Our experience with Imagine Cruising prior to the cruise was one where we had to chase them for information. However, when we did they always got back to us. Nevertheless, from the cruise, through our quarantine in Perth and finally, our flight back to NSW Imagine Cruising kept us up to date and worked very hard to support our repatriation. We were very impressed with this. I would advise that you keep contacting them to ensure that your cruise is, indeed, happening.
Hi Martin, our flights from Brisbane have been cancelled and NCL have suspended all cruises until July, so I’m fairly sure we’re not going anywhere, my issue is we’ll be forced to take cruise credits and not given the option for a full refund
