Dont bother purchasing this insurance. Pathetic. My luggage and contents were damaged beyond repair and my claim refused. Absolutely disgusted. After a lengthy claim process and waste of my time.. refused..

Like many others this company has no fairness at this difficult time. They are scumbags for refusing to give refunds, not even a credit for a future trip. Disgusted is too kind a word. Let’s get this mob exposed and shamed into doing the right thing. If everyone lodges a complaint to Fair Trading and exposes this mob via the Media then perhaps they will be forced to act with decency.

If you purchase insurance before you go and have to cancel
You CANNOT get a refund, my policy doesn’t start for a month
But I cannot cancel it and even get a partial refund
$360 windfall for insure and go for doing nothing
Will never use this company again

Easy online purchasing ad policy for cruise insurance covers everything you need. I can travel feeling confident that if something was to happen I am covered. Have used Insure and Go for many of my holidays and will continue in the future.
Recently had to cancel my insurance due to my cruise being cancelled and had no issues with refund of my policy premium as I was still in the 14 day cooling off period from when I purchased the policy.

This is 2nd time i've used 'insure & go'. Had a claim 1st time, they were quick to act & refund my dues. Policy we took was good value, covered all our needs.

Easy and quick to purchase and find details of the various plans and compared to others was good value .... have purchased polices previously with the same ease .... have never had to claim but all the rest seems good.

I am a regular traveller both international and domestic and believe in taking insurance. Setting up insurance with these guys is easy and cost effective. Up to now I haven't had to make a claim, however on my last trip to Queensland our flights were cancelled only a few hours before scheduled departure. The airline were not helpful at all. Our option was a costly repurchase of tickets. Thankfully I had peace of mind knowing my insurance would cover this situation. The claims process was easy and efficient. I will definitely use InsuranceGo again.

Have used them Twice. Very competitive and great value. Would recommend to anybody. Have never needed to claim though so cannot comment on the claim process. My go to travel guys.

Return customer, tried other providers over the years, chose InsureandGo last year for a 30 day cruise and ground insurance came back this year for a shorter domestic cruise for the same reasons value for money and ease of website use.
Have yet to make a claim hence only 4 stars. Have had claims with other insurers some were easy others required extra details.

Have used this insurance a number of times for cruises. Have not had to make a claim, so lucky. I believe that is when insurance companies show their true worth when a claim is made, hoping it fast and hassle free..

Great travel insurance. The only insurance I could find at athe price that also has business cover. Easy to set up and pay. I have used previsously and will use again.

Haven't had to claim yet but the website is easy to navigate and staff have been helpful also it gives the option to submit pre existing conditions have used them 6 times hopefully if I have to claim, will be painless.

This is my first time using domestic travel insurance. It was easy to purchase. I haven't travelled with it yet. I'm hoping that I don't have to make a claim.

My policy was good value but when putting in a claim it did take a few weeks for approval and we were asked for more paperwork than we thought would be needed.
I am currently taking out another policy for a cruise coming up and it has gone up in price since the last time.

I have not traveled yet but I think the price was reasonable .Hopefully I will not need to claim when I travel,but to have peace of mind that if anything happens I’m covered
