very poor response from Ins &Go having had two policies for upcoming trips cancelled due to cv19 we have been told there is no refund or credit. from insure and go. they have provided no insurance whilst travel and taken our money.! consumers affairs needs to be contacted. this is not right.
all we wanted was a deferment on travel.
is this fraudulent behaviour.

The policy offered by yourselves was sufficient for what we needed to have covered. My partner had a medical assessment done online, felt maybe this could of been followed up with phone call. Haven't used policy yet, as haven't travelled yet. Heard about this insurer through my daughter, again great value, will consider using again.

Insureandgo travel insurance is the best value around. The website is very easy to use. I have used insureandgo 3 times now and I will continue to do so for all my overseas trips.

Fortunately I have not had to claim on my current policy. I have been with Insure n go before with no problems. I had to ring your company today re a possible clinic to see if I was covered. The on hold took forever and they asked for a call back. Left my policy number and phone number but nobody got back to me. I hope this does not happen if I m in a foreign hospital waiting on a claim.

This product was best coverage for the price, It covers everything we need while travelling.
It was very easy to select and purchase the policy. We havent claimed yet and hope that we dont have to.

I got my insurance through here and it was really simple to search and find the best deal for my holiday. I didn't have to use the cover when on holiday but it was good to know that I had it just in case.

The cost of the policy appeared to be good value for benefits offered. On submitting a claim for flights lost due to severe illness while overseas it took more than seven weeks and much stress to receive a payout which was a fraction of our loss. Our paperwork was not returned although we were assured it would be. Use a more reliable company!

Had a 15% discount and was about to book the Silver cover but after reading the PDS I decided not to proceed. There are way too many exclusions. Read the PDS people and you will see so many situations where you are not covered. Don't bother, even if it looks like a cheap solution.

The policy I purchased (Silver, no excess) turned out to be a great option for me. My flight back to Australia was cancelled last minute due to weather. I contacted Insureandgo, letting them know the situation, and was able to recover the cost of my flights without any problem within the timeframe they told me. This was the first time I have used them and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

This is the second time I have used this company. As yet I have not had to make any claims, however, the booking was simple and the response was very quick.

Always insure with Insure and Go when travelling. Most cost effective and have used it on some eight previous occasions when travelling abroad. Policies are easy to understand and set out the requirements in simple language.

Excellent value and easy to set up.
We havent been on the holiday yet so are unsure of how easy a claim will be to make should the situation arise.
