I had the connection eventually put into my house. Contracting Company for NBN Co let the process down. Didn't bother to show up on the said date or time. Disappointed with this. All in all the ISP ( IPSTAR ) has kept me informed and helped with the settings of my router. Would recommend Ipstar 5/5

Hi Hannah, as an NBN Sub contractor for FW and Sat services I am fully aware of the Sub contractors obligations. The transaction was great through Ipstar. Issues with the installing company. :-) No contact details only SMS service bad management.

Reliable service, was set up very quickly and any issues sorted out quickly and efficiently. Easy to set up, just plug and play. Works with netflix with very little or no buffering

Signed up after a google search, amazed that I was connected the very next day.
Cheaper than the main contenders, and haven't had the slightest drama.
Just good steady internet at a great price.

Good customer service... Good service... set up was easy... Delivery of modem took alot longer than originally expected/promised... Everything else was according to expectations... 2nd service i have and would recommend Ipstar to anyone that is looking for reliable NBN

We are in our second month with Ipstar and so far they are very good. I needed to contact the help desk and they were terrific - very easy to talk to and understood and remedied the problem immediately.
The NBN service has been great and so far we have not had a drop out, which I couldn't say the same for Iprimus, our last internet company, because as soon as it rained or the wind was blowing strongly we immediatly lost service, that has not happened (so far) with Ipstar.

Just wanted to say, to get my internet connected was a little slow but the customer service I had to resolve the issue was fantastic, very understanding people and helpful.

Can not watch a movie or youtube without pauses and interruptions due to signal dropouts.
When contacting customer service you have to leave a callback message, due to hour wait times, call backs are not returned as planned or at all.

Always excellent service.
This connection does tend to be overloaded on Friday evenings and the weekend to a lesser extent. Sometimes we can’t even connect in anywhere near a reasonable time span...minutes plus lus time to download even a small email.

Great internet and excellent customer service. Online portal could do with a bit of an upgrade, but does the job.
Good connection, no dropouts. Good speed and data download. Overall very happy with the service.
Had an issue with credit card setup direct debit didn't work, so was fined. But they credited this back to me as it was unclear why this fault occurred.

Keeps dropping in n out when I'm racing on forza on me xbox one. ol mate who come hooked it up knew he could make the service better but didn't want to work

Is there any time limits for the speed ? I try to watch hd movie but it always slow loading and sometimes doesn’t working at all. Do i need to change a plan for it ?

Great Value and Service no issues, speed is usually great. Staff are very helpful.

Regularly have days without internet and will drop out speratically speeds get very slow in the afternoon and evening.
Lately it hasn’t been great.
Always experiencing drop outs.
I was on the phone to an Ipstar technician for a long time trying to resolve this all the settings on the router were change, very annoying as when the internet came back on the router wasn’t set up correctly and I was advised NBN we’re doing maintenance.
