Why can't JB HiFi enter the Toll Consignment number on the Delivery advice so that you don't have to chase it up?
If they could advise you of the consignment number it would be much easier so that you can ring Toll and get an update yourself without having to go through trying to find a phone number for JB Online. There is no phone number given for JB Online on their delivery advice only and email???

I've got a separate email from Toll with the number, with which I could check the status online.
When I found out the delivery status was stalled at some point, I rang them and was told that the item was returned to the sender.
It's that point that I had to contact JB HiFi.
There is not phone no. or email address for online order, only contact form on their website.
You don't even get any confirmation message to your email address that your enquiry was submitted.
I found a phone number on their online purchase guarantee or something booklet after two online submission didn't go anywere.
A lady there curtly answered that I should ring a local store in my area - it was not explained in any of the advice I've received during the order process.
Ring your local store when there is any problem with your online order with JB Hi Fi.

I was to pick up from Kedron store, it wasn't being delivered. The instructions are to wait for "ready for collection" email before going to store. There is no phone number I could find, only email. Just back from HN with new notebook, should have done it 8 days ago.

Anybody out there experiencing issues with logins to JB HiFi's new website since they 'upgraded' it since 1st July, 2014? It is nearly a week now and I still have not had my accounts migrated across to their new systems. I don't wish to open yet another account, as I have 2 aleady and would like to preserve my existing order history. Unfortunately, customers have not been able to phone JB HiFi Online for a couple of years now and now have to use the ridiculous web-forms for enquiries. These are built around templates that do not always match the nature of my enquiries, and from past experience, the majority of my enquiries are nether answered, nor do these web-forms send a copy to your email address for your records making it difficult to prove that you have contacted them. The new upgraded website is slow and sluggish (& I have a lighning fast FTTP NBN broadband connection) and imho poorly laid out making it difficult to locate what your looking for. The search engine no longer allows searches based on product EAN/UPC barcodes. I find it incredible that JB Hi-Fi have replaced a web-site, while not perfect, was far better than the upgraded replacement that existing customeres can no longer login to, let alone having to wait an indeterminable period of time for their accounts to be migrated across to. Seriously JB Hi-Fi, enough of this nonsense.

Honestly if I were you, I would avoid the JB-Hi-Fi website like the plague.

I can't answer that with certainty as I haven't had to change anything there as yet but I'm sure if that's what was said to you and you have there name they should do the right thing. Above all they care about their reputation so good luck.

Well, G'day, I wrote this review whilst under pressure so its not very valid but i will attempt to assist, Here are some useful links, regarding their return policy, Typically headphones if opened are excluded from most returns but i am not sure what a "HTC One M7" is so i will just give you the links now.

You can also get the phone repaired under warranty / most items are produced in.a factory in mass production / some electronic repair technicians really know what they are doing and it could be something as easy as.just loose wiring.due to a small problem in the soldering
