Staff was excellent, Anne from Osborne Park provided us with fantastic service. So satisfied, so happy with my King experience. Can't wait to purchase more products and experience the fabulous King Living service again.

We bought a pair of recliner chairs from Rebecca. She was extremely helpful whist we were in the store.
What was outstanding was that she followed up on the sale and service of the sale on her days off!
We got text messages from her on her day off to reassure us that she will follow up on a service call.

Excellent choice of good quality furniture. We live in the UK and are furnishing a complete house in WA. We're working with Rebecca who keeps in touch regularly via emails when we're home and couldn't be more helpful when we're back in store, giving samples of upholstery, product information etc. Thank you Rebecca. Alicja was very helpful and very well informed. It was also good to talk to another person in the store who had interior design experience when choosing our fabric and wooden arms. She also pointed us in the direction of purchasing our couch from one which was made for Christmas which was available in Perth which was exactly what we were ordering. Lucky as there is a 14 week wait. We did order an ottoman and cushions as well - which won't come for 14 weeks. That would be my only criticism is the wait time for the furniture - but in saying that they did loan us an ottoman. Would definitely return for another sofa purchase in the future.

Alicja was very helpful and explained in detail all the advantages of buying a King Living sofa with a very gentle persuasion. Highly recommended and will definitely shop there again.

Carlos rang ahead, so i could schedule around a meeting. He was very helpful and knowlegable about the the velvet fabric and showed me how to care for the fabric.

Needed a couple of new items if furniture. Shima in Claremont, Perth Kings was helpful, gave us good advice and suggestions. Shima gave us samples, went through quote, never pressurised or rushed us. Susi, the store manager wasalso helpful when we followed up to place order.

My partner is overseas atm so to liaise in purchases can be difficult with time zones.
Rebecca gave me verbal information, followed up with pricing and product codes on an electronic invoice via email and also forwarded photography of floor stock.today she followed up with a courtesy call.
I purchased several items from King today.

Our new Jasper modular sofa, rug, coffee table, and soft furnishings arrived on Friday and we are delighted with them. The quality is outstanding. The colour scheme is also fabulous and I would like to thank Jess at the Nedlands store for her patience and good guidance as she helped us make decisions. Jess provided excellent service, as did her other colleagues at Nedlands. The delivery men were very professional and very obliging in helping us move existing furniture. Overall, a great experience with King Living.

We are extremely happy with out new jasper purchase, the sales assistant Lesley was very thorough in explaining the functionality of how the Lounge can be assembled and positioning, she was patient and friendly making my husband and I feel comfortable, I am very happy and excited and can't wait for it to arrive

Great service the store has a lovely layout all the staff are amazing especially Lesley and Ewa. I has a delicious coffee and am excited to revive my brand new furniture
